27 Best Fast Food Restaurants in Syracuse

“Syracuse halal gyros food is 100/10… huge portions, reasonable prices, and absolutely delicious. They are open late which is great because there aren’t many options open late these days. When we picked up our order the gentleman behind the counter offered us a huge “sample” of chicken and rice so we could try their (new?) green sauce which was also delicious. I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone.“

“Awesome food. Quick service. Clean dining area.“

“We ordered the poutine and the Bacon Double Cheese fries. First off for it being in the mall the prices were amazing for the amount you get. Second this was the best poutine I’ve had outside of Canada. Third the staff were super friendly and service was fast!! I will definitely stop here next time I’m at the mall.“

“I stopped here for a quick meal during a busy day, and the service was surprisingly efficient. My order was ready within minutes, and everything was fresh and hot. Compared to other locations of the same chain, this one seemed better managed. The staff was polite, and the dining area was clean. It’s not always easy to find fast food that actually feels fresh, but this location delivered. It made a quick lunch break much more enjoyable than expected.“

“Quick friendly service and clean. Even rang the Bell“

“For the people that are working there. You feel like they readily are glad to see. And want to make you happy. 0 For the fact that Arbys corporate has ruled that the customer has no say in what is served. I went in to get my husband and myself something to eat. Found out they can no longer serve home style fries. All they can have now is those horrible spicy fries. Left and went next door too Wendy's. Prefer Arbys but not without the home style fries“

“Food and service were excellent!“

“Five Guys is a popular fast-food restaurant known for its made-to-order burgers, fresh-cut fries, and casual, friendly atmosphere. The standout feature of Five Guys is their juicy, customizable burgers, served with a variety of fresh toppings. The fries, hand-cut and fried to perfection, complement the burgers perfectly. The restaurant’s relaxed vibe makes it a great spot for a quick and satisfying meal. Whether you’re craving a classic cheeseburger or trying something new, Five Guys delivers a delicious and enjoyable experience every time.“

“Fabulous place! Delicious, nutritious food served quickly and with careful attention to detail. Friendly, welcoming, adept staff. A clean, neat store. Conveniently located on Erie Boulevard East with plenty of free parking. Unfortunately there are no public restrooms and water is not free. But on the whole, excellent!“

“Delicious, fast and easy!! Highly recommend and will be returning!“

“the food and staff are really very good“

“First of all, I don't know what's up with these comments because IF you get something to eat in the Destiny USA Mall, you are either going to get Taco Bell, Chinese food, or, Pizza and/or Charley's Cheesesteaks. Charley's Cheesesteaks prices make perfect sense, and you can actually see them cooking majority of the food in front of you. (Mostly the meats). I usually spend less than 15 at this place for something that ACTUALLY fills me up with fresh, good quality ingredients. However, this is a popular choice in the mall so it might be a little packed. I LOVE going here. Give it a try!“

“I stopped in just about 10 mins ago and grabbed a regular italian sub mikes way and it was delicious! the bread was extremely fresh and the sandwich was packed with meat! the girl who built my sub was extremely friendly and the second person who served me was friendly as well. they have a good range of chip selection which is something other sub shops in the area cannot say about themselves lol. The lobby is very clean and organized as well. I’ll definitely be back!“

“Lordt! The fish and fries was seasoned and fried to perfection! And, the sauce was all that! You just made a new loyal customer out of me!😋😋😋😋🙃“

“The night staff at this McDonald's is above and beyond amazing. They handled a stressful situation tonight with outstanding patience and understanding. If I could give them all a shout out I would. The manager handed everything with excellence.“

“Huge shout-out to Pure Catering for providing incredible customer service and absolutely delicious, fresh breakfast and lunch sandwiches! Every bite was packed with high-quality ingredients, and the freshness truly stood out. Our whole team couldn’t stop raving about how good the food was! Working with Kelly and Kaydee was such a pleasure—they made everything easy and enjoyable from start to finish. I can’t wait to order from them again! If you haven’t tried Pure Catering yet, you’re missing out!“

“I have to say, I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Popeyes! Something I really appreciated was that they spoke both Spanish and English, making communication easy and comfortable for me and my mom and is probably easier for other customers.

Above all, this visit was truly special for me. I traveled all the way from Virginia with high expectations, and I can confidently say that I was not disappointed at all. The speed and efficiency of the service were impressive. Plus, it’s a real pleasure to find a team that is not only professional in their work but also warm and kind in every interaction.

And of course, the food was spectacular! Everything was freshly made, hot, crispy, and full of flavor. From the perfectly seasoned chicken to the delicious sides, every bite was a delight. Without a doubt, this is one of the best Popeyes locations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return on my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and exceptional service!“

“THE CHICKEN WAS FRESH AND JUICY AND THE MANAGER FARIA..SHE IS JUST FANTASTIC. SO HELPFUL AND RESPECTFUL“

“The best Tenders and flavors! I am absolutely so happy the brought back the after burners HOT as heck but the flavor is addictive!!“

“Stellar place! Delicious, nutritious food served quickly. Friendly, hospitable employees. A clean, neat store with plenty of free parking. Good prices, but the only problem I had was that they charged for cups of water. But on the whole, a fantastic experience!“

“I always have the meatball marinara or the chicken teriyaki subs. They are amazing! I love the fact that you can build your own sub. This is the best way to curve your taste your way. Please Subway, never remove these items from your menu.

Vegetarian options: Anything you want to build your sub to your standards.

Dietary restrictions: Ask, you shall receive!

Kid-friendliness: Children are asked (if old enough to understand) what they would like on their own sub.

Wheelchair accessibility: Most Subway restaurants have open doors for wheelchair accessible access.“

“An Employee named Kaylee or Kailee I'm not sure how to spell it lol but she was very light hearted. She had welcoming energy and me and my fiance shared a good few laughs as she made our food. I definitely look forward to coming back. Very respectful, very professional ?“

“The food is always pretty decent here, but tonight what set my experience apart from others was the lovely girl taking orders on the drive thru (on the receipt it said the cashier was Ronisa!)
She was not only professional and polite, but she was so cheerful and friendly at the pick up window even tho it was pretty late at night! I had such an awful day at work and since it was already 11:30 pm I just needed to get some sort of food in me… But this experience genuinely brightened my day and made me so glad that I picked taco bell over other fast food options“
