For the fact that Arbys corporate has ruled that the customer has no say in what is served. I went in to get my husband and myself something to eat. Found out they can no longer serve home style fries. All they can have now is those horrible spicy fries. Left and went next door too Wendy's. Prefer Arbys but not without the home style fries
Customer service was very good! We left a bag behind in the restaurant and one of the staff came running out to give it back to us. Very kind
