“Usually if/when I get handed the wrong order anywhere I just eat it because I don't care about anything that happens to me, but this time I want to know who on earth ordered a plain roast beef sandwich with just ketchup on it. Just the beef and ketchup??? Not even some cheese?? A d why ketchup???? It tasted like how the inside of a mcdonalds playplace smells... deeply concerned...“

“My son and I found this online and we're intrigued to find it was at a gas station. The biggest surprise was that the chicken tenders were hot, fresh, crispy, big, and juicy with a great spice. It was about $15 for 12 generous sized tenders with three sauces.“

“It was ok didn't know at first the chicken teriyaki was being cooked and put on my sub with my cheese and a melted and it tastes disgusting when it's that way sorry and u don't have enough room to write out how u like it done and other cheese options“

“30 minute wait in the drive through with one car in front of me. Several high school aged employees standing around. A few other older employees working hard to keep up. My order sat on the counter bagged and ready to go for about 5 minutes before the young lady at the drive through (who was literally standing and hugging the cash register screen most of the time or looking at her phone while I was at the window) finally looked over and handed it to me. The order was correct and the food tasted fine. Maybe go inside for faster service? Or the other one a few minutes away.“

“Just stopped in at the 3603 Brewerton Road location a little after 1pm and was greeted with friendly and fast service by a gentleman at the drive through. Thank you for a great drive through experience.“

“Syracuse halal gyros food is 100/10… huge portions, reasonable prices, and absolutely delicious. They are open late which is great because there aren’t many options open late these days. When we picked up our order the gentleman behind the counter offered us a huge “sample” of chicken and rice so we could try their (new?) green sauce which was also delicious. I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone.“

“I like the food and I would shop there more often to pick up dinner or lunch but it's just so expensive. For a chicken sandwich with just pickles, french fries and a milkshake, It was $16.13. I could buy 2 whole chickens already cooked from Walmart for that price and still have change. I know they're selling convenience and excellent service but a regular meal at all the fast food places in over $15 for one person 🫣😱“

“Dear Five Guys, I’d like to start off by saying how wonderful you are. I am so very sorry for betraying you and recently visiting Shake Shack. It was a lapse in judgment. You may be expensive, but you’re worth every penny. Your burgers and fries are better quality and way better tasting than anything Shake Shack has on their menu.
