“What a Difference in Customer Service!

After having a horrible experience at the Arby's on Route 31, we actually left that location and decided to go to the North Syracuse location instead. And I'm so glad we did!

The difference in customer service was night and day. The staff at the North Syracuse location was so much friendlier, welcoming, and professional. They completely turned around what had started as a really frustrating experience.

I honestly wish I had gotten everyone's names because they deserve to be recognized. It's amazing how much of a difference a friendly attitude and good customer service can make.

Thank you to the staff at the North Syracuse Arby's for turning a bad experience into a great one. You definitely earned our business, and we'll be coming back!“

“My son and I found this online and we're intrigued to find it was at a gas station. The biggest surprise was that the chicken tenders were hot, fresh, crispy, big, and juicy with a great spice. It was about $15 for 12 generous sized tenders with three sauces.“

“It was ok didn't know at first the chicken teriyaki was being cooked and put on my sub with my cheese and a melted and it tastes disgusting when it's that way sorry and u don't have enough room to write out how u like it done and other cheese options“

“It took awhile to get my food. Although they were working quickly, you can hear and see them constantly talking loudly in the kitchen area - mainly the male workers. I'm not sure if the conversation was about their work but they seemed to be hard workers. It was a little strange to hear all that very loud talking. To their credit the talkers seemed to happy about their work while they were talking. Though I did find it strange that their were maybe more male workers than female workers.“

“Just stopped in at the 3603 Brewerton Road location a little after 1pm and was greeted with friendly and fast service by a gentleman at the drive through. Thank you for a great drive through experience.“

“Syracuse halal gyros food is 100/10… huge portions, reasonable prices, and absolutely delicious. They are open late which is great because there aren’t many options open late these days. When we picked up our order the gentleman behind the counter offered us a huge “sample” of chicken and rice so we could try their (new?) green sauce which was also delicious. I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone.“

“We thought they were closed because there were only a few cars in the parking lot at 930 am! This was very unusual because most Chick-fil-A's in our home state of Georgia are always extremely busy anytime of the day! But the staff was nice and our order was correct.“

“This is a solid Five Guys. I give it 4 stars which is the most I would give a Five Guys. Every employee I have ever interacted with has been really nice, and efficient at their job. For a little while it did seem like the size of the burgers shrunk, and the amount of fries decreased. But last I visited, the food was back to normal and what you wpuld expect from a good Five Guys location.“
