From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt special welcoming, and just the right place to soak in such an important day. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated without being over the top. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely happy for us, which made the experience even more meaningful. The food was incredible as always. It felt like the perfect way to mark the start of our new chapter together. This will always be a special place for us. We come here for trivia and have built great relationships with the staff. We’re so grateful we chose to celebrate here and will definitely be back for anniversaries to come. “My 1st time visiting the establishment and must say it was and is a good pizza spot the wings were made just right and the pizza actually had sauce on it 😋. The toung lady whom served me was courteous and put my sauce for the wings on the side w/no problem”

“David made one heckuva fish fry! Sooo crispy…the first bite I had made a crunch-sound. This is the dinner, but I also ordered a sandwich and the filets were comparable in size (the former comes with two sides, the latter with just one). Highly recommend—for $30 for two (and delicious), I will indeed be returning there.”

“The food was very good. The house Italian dressing was delicious. Utica greens very very good. Sausage and meatballs and sauce all exceptional and portions were over the top. Beyond all of that, I can't say enough about the service. We were there on a Saturday night, and were seated immediately. Server was amazing, super friendly, helpful with menu options and food was delivered fast. She even bagged our leftovers for us. Will definitely be back.”

“Sub was good, fresh roll and meat(I'm hoping) Kind of weird situation happened while there, but glad I wasn't served the meat. Wanted a Roast Beef and Pastemi sub, and a Pepperoni Sub. the gentleman said he didn't have any Pepperoni or Pastemi, pointed out a whole unwrapped Pastemi, he said "Oh Ok, we got some" We ordered my husband's Sub the Roast Beef/Pastemi Sub, while I was trying to figure my sandwich because i don't really eat Lunch Meat But the weird thing was, upon getting the Roast Beef, he took it out of the case, went the slice it and suddenly take it off the slicer and throw the whole piece of meat in the trash can. I said, "OK, we'll just have all Pastemi on that Sub. I guess I'm good being I don't eat Lunchmeat other than Pepperoni. My husband said the Sub was Good, It was definitely a Great Price, just hoping the meat was good, not out dated, i guess we'll soon find out. Friendly Service”

“I probably had a very unusual experience from the norm; I came to try Flatbread Friday on the day of Taste of Syracuse. Minus myself and the bartender, there was one other person plus the musician for the night. The flatbread was excellent, the bartender easy to talk to, and the musician was really good. I'm not sure what a normal Friday night looks like here, but I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.”

“I cant get enough of this place! The half sandwich with fries deal is the best bargain in town. More bang for your buck and the service is always fast and friendly. My go to is the Philly cheese steak with American, onions and mayo.”

“Yesterday, I stopped in to grab a sesame bagel with Pastrami and cheese, first time ever having it this way! After seeing so many other choices, I still stuck with my choice! My order was taken right away and both the cashier and the food preps were friendly and professional! My order came out fast and as soon as I sat in my truck, I broke into it😂! The whole bagel was delicious! I have been here several times in the past, when in town. Always a great bagel and service! A Great stop. Will be back to try another,!”

“I got delivery as my first taste of Big Bowl. It was on time and very courteous. The food was as good as any Chinese I've had. Crispy Spring rolls ~ A+, Crispy Orange Chicken ~ A+, Steak w/snow peas ~ A- (a little chewy). We'll have the fried dumplings later. Will definitely order from here again.”

“What a Difference in Customer Service!

After having a horrible experience at the Arby's on Route 31, we actually left that location and decided to go to the North Syracuse location instead. And I'm so glad we did!

The difference in customer service was night and day. The staff at the North Syracuse location was so much friendlier, welcoming, and professional. They completely turned around what had started as a really frustrating experience.

I honestly wish I had gotten everyone's names because they deserve to be recognized. It's amazing how much of a difference a friendly attitude and good customer service can make.
