I love this place, work right down the street and come frequently for lunch. I call every single time and the lady has NEVER been rude, i don’t know where these comments are coming from. Blunt, and to the point, sure, but as a 2 person operation what can you expect. she needs to be in the back making food not taking 5 minutes on the phone because you boomers don’t know how to order food quickly.
The food is always hot and delicious. I always call ahead and pick up.
Uber Eats messed up my order and assigned 4 different drivers, who each kept the order, then it switched to finding a new driver. I live about 5 minutes away, and it was coming up on over an hour that my food was sitting and waiting, the next driver arrival time was another 48 minutes out. I had enough and drove over. They were so friendly and helped me to get the Uber eats order canceled and made sure I could get my food, even though uber eats was being super difficult. Food...read full review
