Must have been quite a hassle to change names and location, but they seem to have retained a good customer base and will survive the upheaval. I'm grateful that they also retained the carom billiard table and keep it in relatively decent shape.“
“We recently booked this venue and had a birthday celebration for about 60 guests. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The event was a success and I would definitely book this venue again. A nice venue to have an event, It's affordable, clean and spacious.You will have to have your own cater to cater your event, there is a small bar in the venue. Also, you will need a set up and tear down staff, you own decorations and table cloths and other things needed for your event. I would highly recommend.“

The beer is cold and cheap, the whiskey pours are generous and cheap, the food is tasty and cheap. The jukebox plays the widest variety of music and nobody complains when you play your favorite song. There are sports on the TVs, and maybe a dog at your feet looking for a treat. This is exactly what an Irish pub is like. If you’ve traveled, either in the US or Ireland, you know that the Irish pub is a refuge, but not for the persnickety. It’s on its own time, and in its own place. You adjust to the Irish pub because you know that’s how it should be.I go to Guilfoil’s because they are happy to provide that brief respite from the rat race. He asked us what we liked and what we didn't like and made each of us our own individual cocktails. They were all great. Outstanding service. Outstanding selection of liquor - they have EVERYTHING - including Pappy. The ambiance was electric. Old school, leather couches, dimly lit, with a pool table around back. Just an awesome place to grab a drink or several. If you don't like crowds, I'd suggest going a little earlier in your night because I was told by the bartender and a couple that walked in that it can get very crowded later at night. What a great spot though - I'll def. be back.“

“We went to an event at Barbagallos and we're totally impressed with the food, the service, and a great, private room that was just the right size. The gluten free offerings were so tasty! Antipasto, mixed veggies, potatoes, and sausage with peppers and onions. My favorite was the mixed veggie: cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots - perfectly cooked and not over seasoned. I couldn't eat the fried chicken but it did look crispy and tempting. Drinks included bottomless mimosas and a cola. The mimosas had real orange juice in them. I don't think they were stirred because the top layer was not carbonated but the bottom was. Either way it was delicious. We were able to decorate the room as we wished which was a big plus. Everyone had a wonderful time!“
