I actually went to The CraveYard, their daytime alter-ego. I ordered myself and my daughter the Mango YardBird Wings, with the side of plantains included. A drink as well. It was so good. I’m pregnant and my baby won’t allow me to eat anything. My baby, my 17 year old, and myself all agreed, it was amazing. Next I’ll be trying the oxtail bowl. I wish I had grabbed a few extra items “to go” because I live quite a ways away.
The bar is beautiful and you can tell the owner really intended to have a beautiful venue designed for live music with a certain feel.
Records in the ceiling, a nice stage, an awesome lounge off to the side, a cool table layout by the stage reminiscent of old jazz clubs. I wish it was closer, but I’ll be stopping by whenever I’m around.
