“Drink are fresh and taste so good. Love the variety they create with the seasons and Holidays. Live music is great and I love the outdoor area in the summer. Indoor and outdoor games are fun too. Toss N Fire always there and weekends in better weather a great lineup of rotating food trucks as well. The library room is a relaxing oasis away from the crowds on the weekends.“

“Took hubby for birthday dinner in a blinding snowstorm from Moravia..was worth the white knuckles. Great atmosphere Megan( Red) made us welcome and got our drinks. Hubby had the steak and lobster($20 on Tues nites) awesome! I had the 12 os strip and fries($10). Never had it done so perfect!!( I like well and most char it) pretzel and cheese for dessert..lol and crispy but juicy wings were excellent! We will return its worth the drive!!!“

“The beers were excellent, average of 4/5 with the sours and Whiteout Conditions being stand out worthwhile/worth coming back for.
Food was fine. Be careful of allergies. The menu feels not curated by a chef, but the people in the kitchen can cook. Good cheese used for artichoke dip.“

“The food was amazing, as usual. My only complaint is that the wait was over an hour and I had to go up to the window three times before the figured out my ticket was lost. But the manager did the right thing and gave me two beer tokens so at least the acknowledged their mistake and paid for it“

“Tina and her crew have a GREAT variety of absolutely fantastic craft brewed beer. Have yet to see anything but great music booking there. Granted- it’s not the easiest place to find (the old IBU) but ample parking behind the tire place and plenty of space both inside and out (weather permitting). A great addition to the area filling the void left by the loss of Full Boar and the disappointing replacement.“

“I live between Syracuse and Rochester and was in Syracuse. I’ve passed by Apizza Regionale several times and finally stopped. I ordered an Apizza with sausage to go. I’ve heard of New Haven style and Apizza but have never had it. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The crust had a slight blackening on the bottom and was still airy and tasty. The sauce was perfect as was the sauce. It was very delicious and will definitely be back again. I also want to say how great the service was. The waitress that took my order was very pleasant and professional. I had knee surgery a couple weeks ago and when I returned to pick up my order she carried it out to my car for me. Thank you Apizza Regionale for the great experience.“

“I grew up 2 houses down from this bar. Never any issues. The people are great the atmosphere is great. Staff absolutely down to earth. It really has not changed much other then some staff members but it is still a great bar and always has been.“
“I really like the concept of this place but the layout is a bit cramped. board game selection was good. it also seems like a good place to put some gacha machines in the corner since drunk nerds love gambling. non alcoholic selection could maybe use a few more interesting options, a lot of the TCG/gaming stores in upstate will sell Japanese sodas. Overall I think the store would probably benefit from leaning into the nerdy vibes, decor, etc. It's good so far and I will return!“

“Got a Jim's fish dinner and was so impressed. Such a large portion of fish that I ended up sharing it with my husband. Wait was an hour because I didn't call ahead and it's the last Friday of lent but it gave me a chance to hang out and enjoy a couple of beers. With how fast they ran out of fish I knew it had to be delicious and reminiscent of Jim's on Wolf St. before my meal even showed up.“
“Cerios is hands down one of the best establisments in Syracuse. The atmosphere and crowd are welcoming, friendly and down to earth. The owner is a great person who also works quite a few of the day shifts behind the bar. It became a regular spot of mine that I have happily spent my afternoons and evenings time and time again after my first few initial visits. All of the bartenders save for one specific (short) individual that other reviews mention are very attentive and will easily recognize you and treat you with respect and make you feel like you are a regular patron who has visited before. You will not find a better bar on the Northside.“

I wish I had grabbed a few extra items “to go” because I live quite a ways away.
The bar is beautiful and you can tell the owner really intended to have a beautiful venue designed for live music with a certain feel.
Records in the ceiling, a nice stage, an awesome lounge off to the side, a cool table layout by the stage reminiscent of old jazz clubs. I wish it was closer, but I’ll be stopping by whenever I’m around.“

“During a career that has kept me on the road for decades as a touring musician, I have logged more hotel nights and endured more “continental breakfasts” than I care to count. Buffets blur together after a while. This one did not. And the reason is Madee. I was seated at the far table in the M-Club of the Syracuse Marriott Downtown when, precisely at 6:15 a.m., the door from the back of the house opened. Before a single chafing dish appeared, it was already clear that Madee was cut from superior cloth. Her uniform was immaculately pressed, her posture confident, her movements deliberate and economical. There was a quiet professionalism to the way she set the breakfast line, golden chafing dishes placed with a near ceremonial calm. No wasted motion. No noise. Just focus, grace, and purpose. It was the kind of work ethic you recognize immediately if you’ve spent a lifetime watching people either take pride in what they do or simply punch the clock. She was pleasant to look at, physically fit, composed, and radiating a confidence that came not from showmanship but from competence. When she approached my table at exactly the right moment, just as I was finishing my plate of sausage, scrambled eggs, and fingerling potatoes, she greeted me warmly and said, “Good morning, sir. We’d like to present you with this complimentary gift bag for the holidays.” It was a small gesture, but delivered with such sincerity and polish that it landed squarely where hospitality should. I was genuinely charmed. My eggs, which had cooled only because I was busy writing this very review, seemed to perk right back up in her presence. She asked what brought me to town, listened attentively, and when I told her I was a Syracuse native home for Christmas from Florida, she acknowledged it with warmth and ease. The conversation ended exactly as it should have, gracefully, without lingering, as she returned to her breakfast station. From my seat, I overheard her greeting other guests with a level of polish that far exceeded her youth. Every guest received the same respect and attentiveness. Hotels can be beautiful. Lounges can be exclusive. Food can be well prepared. But it is people like Madee who elevate a stay from comfortable to memorable. She represents the very best of hospitality: quiet excellence, genuine courtesy, and pride in one’s work. If Marriott is wise, they will take note. Madee is a credit not only to the M-Club, but to the entire profession.“

“I went to Chadwicks's for the first time a little while ago and had a wonderful experience. The Kitchen serves delicious food and the owner was kind and generous. Nicki, the bar tender was friendly and kind and made a mean cocktail. All I can say is come for the cocktails and stay for the food. I can't wait to go back!“
