“We went on a really busy Friday night and they were able to seat us very quickly. The service was pretty good for how slammed they were. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not your place. I rate the food 6.6/10. Slightly elevated Mexican American. Overall not a bad place to go. I would eat here again.

“My coworker and I sat at the bar seating in front of the pizza kitchen. We had a great experience chatting with the staff making the pizzas. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive even though the restaurant was packed on a Tuesday evening. The food was amazing from appetizer to dessert. Donuts (best vegan donut I've ever had and I've been to some of the places everyone says are soooo good), croissants (as good as I remember croissants in Paris!), Just get there early as the best stuff usually sells out fast! They also have some savory options like the vegan brunchy sandwich on focaccia or crosspoint (tofu egg, seitan, PMA feta, cashew creme, chipotle aioli). Gluten friendly items available. “I’ve visited this restaurant many times over the years in this location and other places.. I try to be optimistic every time now I’ve learned: this place advertises to be a tavern, so it makes sense to selectively choose tavern-like food on the menu (ie., nachos, wings, quesadillas, soups, salads, pizza, burgers & fries..) and if you focus on this approach you will rarely have something bad. I’ve previously ordered a main pasta entree (nothing impressive), the power fit options (just alright) and I recently tried a special steak entree and I vow never again. I’ll go back to the other choices. You can count on the pizzas being amazing every time.

Coppertop is a great casual restaurant for couples, friends, families, groups, with ample parking here. Staff are always friendly and attentive. Drinks are delicious. The ambiance is dark wood, low lighting, and clean.“

“SU Family Weekend Sunday morning so our party of six had long wait at Cafe, just like the other visiting families. Started with delicious Charcuterie. Breakfast pizza, breakfast sandwich and garden scramble were all delightful. The old school molasses cookie, too. “I have to say I am not easily impressed but you have definitely impressed me. All the food was excellent, from the meal to dessert to the drinks. Lovely portion size so not too filling, impressive presentation. Quality meat and seafood. Drinks that blended well together and not to excessive in taste or alcohol with fresh tasting garnishes, which in my experience has been few and far between. Can’t tell you how many of my dining experience I’ve had with wilted or even rotten garnishes at other place but the place took pride in every little think you got. The atmosphere was lovely with over head light and light jazz. I also say I eat to live and rarely enjoy my dinning experience but this place gave me something I rarely experience. My only complaint would be that we sat in the back and were alittle to close to our neighbors where we would of liked to of been near the music but that falls more on me for not speaking up and our neighbors were friendly enough to chat with on both sides. All and all I will recommend this place all the time.“

“We were walking in to get ice cream yesterday and witnessed a child wipe out on a scooter near the store. The woman working all alone behind the counter was quick to respond to my request for water and napkins and provided a cold bottle of water for the boy as we made him a makeshift compress before he had to go to the hospital. So glad your employees feel empowered to help! of course, we enjoyed all the delicious vegan options as well.“

“I used Alto Cinco to cater my wedding. They were so communicative and helpful through out the entire planning. They helped me decide the right amount of food and what sort of food would fit my party the best. They provided labels, utensils, and serving trays - and even delivered! The food was phenomenal and it received compliments all night. I can not recommend Alto Cinco catering enough!!!“

“Food is incredible but service could be a bit more attentive. Been there twice so far because the food is so good but both times it’s like once the waitress brings your food, she disappears and you can’t find her again if u need anything else. Both times I went it was slow. Once was for dinner service and the next time was for lunch service. Same two waitresses on both times. Love the food but the service leaves something to be desired. Makes me wonder what happens if it’s actually busy. However, the food has been incredible enough so far that I’ll keep going back until the food and the service both become subpar. Hopefully that won’t ever happen.“

“make your own poke....and pork ramen are fantastic....i luv the simplicity of this food...just fresh good ingredients...i guess they used to have octopus but maybe its not in season? i usually do a 3 protein poke with cooked shrimp, raw diced salmon, and raw scallops....green onion, cilantro, pickled ginger cucumber, avacodo, corn, nuts with red chili oil and the soy/toasted sesame sauce....i made lunch and dinner with one order....4 stars...its not cheap but its a good value for all that seafood and just doing a 2 protein poke cuts the coast nearly in half“

“Very busy business so plan on waiting. The drinks are very good but the bagel breakfast sandwiches need better bagels. The bagels are out of a bag and weren't toasted. Tasted like eating a Lenders bagel but I know it isn't, supposed to be Cassanovia. Parking can be difficult. If you do like coffee you won't be disappointed in their drinks.“

“Ate here for the first time on my lunch break today. There is an accessible entry ramp around the side of the building. It leads to the kitchen door, though, so I advise you to call ahead if you need to use it. There was only 1 server on this afternoon, and they handled things like a champ! I had the oreo french toast and it was delightful! It was sweet, but not overwhelmingly so; chocolatey, but without being so rich that you quit halfway through. Having a dessert for a meal that still felt like "real food" and not like I was just giving in to my inner-kid (well, maybe a little) was exactly the pick-me-up I needed on a dreary day like today. Because I'm a dope, I forgot my wallet back in the office. They do offer tap-to-pay here, but for whatever reason, my phone didn't want to cooperate. I offered to leave something behind as collateral while I ran back to work to grab my wallet, and the server actually comped my meal! They absolutely did not have to do that. I would've been more than happy to come back and pay. It was my own fault, anyway! I will definitely return another day (with my wallet!) and am so grateful for the kindness and understanding I received today.“

“We recently had dinner at this establishment. It as a special occasion so be brought a cake with us and were told there would be a $20 serving fee! How outrageous is that! In this day and age with this economy I would think you would be grateful for the business. Where is the customer service! I was told you have a baker on sight so that is the reason! ridiculous! Needless to say we will NOT patronize Francescas again and will spread the word! There were 6 of us and so with drinks etc. we had a hefty bill Also, the veal saltimbuca was way overcooked!“
