“This has been my go-to lunch spot forever. The Cobb salad is my usual but mixing it up with a panini is a nice option. The staff take the time to know your name and are very friendly. The food is fresh and has that clean taste to energize you through the day. But if you just need something sweet and chocolatey, the cookies are seriously the best around. I have never had a bad item here.“

It sent me back to my grandmother’s table, and I was listening to her curse in Polish. I ate until my heart sang, and ordered food to go to help get me through the rest of the weekend. “Here is why I gave this 5 stars overall.. the atmosphere is very pleasant...quiet...you can cone and watch the game or just relax with friends. The service is always pleasant and quick. Plenty of parking. Near campus and other places. The food is limited but very good. I absolutely love coming here.“

“My absolute favorite restaurant in Syracuse. The fries are immaculate with the perfect crispy exterior, and soft smooth interior. My go to main dish is the Kefta Kebab, and they always fulfill my request of extra Sumac on the side :) The staff is so friendly, it's always pleasant to come here. I am moving and this will be the place I genuinely miss the most in Syracuse!! I forgot to take a picture before eating, so here is a picture of my leftovers from the Kefta Kebab platter. This is a must visit restaurant if you like middle eastern food!!

Edit, forgot to say: I also took notice of how clean this restaurant is. Every time me and my family come in, I see how sparkly clean all the tables, kitchen, and bathrooms look. This puts lots of confidence in quality!“

“Been going here since I was a kid. Nothing's really changed in the sub shop, besides the COVID wall. Hot pepper relish is what makes Jreck Sub stand out from the other sub shops any where around. The subs are very skinny from other bread subs. They have better roast beef. Not sure if they still service corn “

“I got the Korean BBQ Mac and cheese and the brussel sprouts. The Korean bbq Mac and cheese was excellent the brussel sprouts were good but I would have preferred it to be heavier on the vegetables than the bacon. (Personal pref) They were still good. And don't let the small size be misleading it is fulfilling. The food customisation is about limitless. The place is nice however the decoration is more zen than the atmosphere exudes. Tables were clean and there is indoor and outdoor seating. Will come here again.“

“After several years of having no Thai restaurant to call our own, I think we finally found our place. The food was amazing, the service was prompt and very friendly and engaging. I was warned when I ordered the hot (their spice levels are mild, medium, hot, and Thai hot, and I'm not doing Thai hot ever again, IYKYK). We had a great conversation with our server about the spice level and the food quality. I told her I came here for the heat and to let me have it. There's just something about Thai spice that compliments the dishes so well, it's why I love Thai cuisine so much when done right. Can I just tell you how happy this food made us? When we lost our local Thai place, it was like there was a death in the family. This was like seeing an old friend again. I ordered panang curry with chicken and Julie ordered a mango cashew stir fry. Wow. Both dishes were amazing. The flavors were so pronounced, the veggies were so fresh. It hit all the buttons. And just like the place we used to frequent, the heat was perfect. It was about 8 star heat for those of you who frequented Thai rose. I told my server when she brought it out I was quite excited to be able the see the heat in my dish with all the red speckles in it. We can't wait to return and explore the rest of the menu, very highly recommended.“

I know, I know, Tommy, American cheese is so pedestrian. I don't care. Provolone can overpower, and I wanted to get a good sense of the overall flavor profile. I also nixed the peppers. It's fine if you like that, I don't.With that being said. The steak was cooked nicely and tender. The Ciabatta was toasted, thumbs up for that. The caramelized onions were slightly sweet and cooked just right. I never would have thought to put garlic aioli on a steak sandwich, but that was a game changer. Level up.If I'm being completely honest, I would have liked a little more steak in my cheesesteak, but I ain't mad about it.To me, this is not a Philly cheesesteak, nor does it claim to be. You gotta Ciabatta, and find out.“
