“I'm generally happy with the restaurant, but the waitstaff you are assigned the difference btwn an ok visit and a great visit. I've had staff that went so far as to pack a to-go of their dinner mints for my kid who adores them - to staff who brought only 1 basket of breadsticks and a dinky salad despite 1 person in the group ordering the unlimited soup/salad/breadsticks. (And, yes, we asked for more breadsticks, but never got them.)“
“Staff was amazing, food was delicious! I love there ham and cheese lettuce tomato oil and extra shakers and an order of cheese sticks. 2 cheese sticks fit perfectly on a half sub on the tomatoes in the middle and perfectly fill the middle of the sub. My favorite! Also try it with popcorn chicken for a chicken salad sub experience! Oh and yes the have Mt Dew! Boom! ?“
“This is a great restaurant with great friendly staff. My friend and I ofren come and sit and eat and get on the wifi and work online. Hope was the manager on tonight,and because I have a panera card (I recommend this highly) she could find me to call me because I had left my wallet. Honest, and kind! Devin checked me out and he's a sweetheart of a kid I know from substitute teaching, hope he does well. If you come to Watertown, stop at Panera for great food and great staff. “Few remaining small restaurants it seems. Great atmosphere and food was prompt. Meal was delicious and quick. Prime rib was flavorful and well presented.Kid-friendliness: Blank mats and brought my daughters crayons....both of them age 11 and 22! Lol“
“My wife and I are regulars at lunch time and love it. We try and make it in 2-3x a week.I’m all about the burger which is, easily, the best in the city. My wife hops around the menu and has really enjoyed it all. We aren’t food picture people but it is social media worthy in its presentation.Christin provides a great atmosphere and has some wonderful people helping her along the way. Everyone is always so nice and kind. It’s a nice break during a hectic workday.“
