“Prior to our Pop Up Wedding at Lincoln Loft and Studios, the Groom hosted a “Brews with the Groom” and our guest 100 percent all out of town loved the atmosphere and the beer. To boot My first time at Boots Brewery Company was during our “Couples Photo Shoot” following the ceremony, I was so extremely pleased with the Chocolate Stout I finished my drink before the Groom, lol. The atmosphere, the hospitality, and the fact it is a Military Veteran owned business was perfect in have hint of military touches to our wedding. Thank you for making our Wedding Day memorable! “A very surprising hidden gem, nestled in the historic Paddock Arcade. The atomosphere is reminiscent of a cozy 1920s speakeasy with plenty of seating. Excellent cocktails and absurdly good happy hour deals on drinks and food, including unquestionably the best wings I have had in the area. Staff is extremely friendly and hospitable, one of my easiest recommendations for dining in the area.”

“I only leave reviews if the service was really terrible or really good. My experience was phenomenal, the staff went above and beyond for my toddlers 3rd birthday dinner. They don’t sing happy birthday at this establishment but they did anyways. My daughter hasn’t had any real celebration dinner and this was her first experience. She loved it and so did we. Also the steak was beautifully cooked and our wings were well seasoned.

“We went for a day trip to Watertown from Kingston Ontario. My wife suggest we try this Jamaican restaurant. I have to say, this is the best Jamaican food I’ve had so far. We couldn’t decide what to order so we ordered a few options. We had their J*** chicken, curry chicken, stew chicken and stew ox tail. Everything tasted fantastic. It was so juicy and full of flavour. We even had their j*** chicken patties while we waited for our food, wow it was good. And the owner was so friendly. Would recommend this restaurant 100%.”

“If you want authentic boba drinks, this is the place to go! I'm a big boba drinker since 7 years old! Being born and raised in Cali, I had my fair share of boba drinks. Moving to fort drum due to military life and for some odd reason I decided to stay, there were really no good boba drinks. Ju Ju and the boba store in Syracuse mall were my go-tos for quite a while, but O-OH is absolutely the best! They meet my tasting standards I had from the west side! Also they are the most caring and sweetest people! O-OH customer service is always excellent and they really value their customers! They greet everyone with a friendly smile on their face! Even when I come in upset or angry, they always change my mood and I go back to being happy! The store is literally a happy atmosphere!”

“Had a wonderful evening here with the family. The calamari was divine; super crispy on the outside and nice and tender on the inside with great flavor. The addition of the peppers with the calamari was on point. The burger looked delicious and the beef dip was great as well. The corn beef and cabbage was lacking. The corn beef had great flavor - but over half of my beef was just fat, which was a little disappointing. I also got the butt end of the cabbage and it definitely needed some salt along with the potatoes. The broth was delicious. We got the carrot cake, gingerbread cheesecake, and egg nog cheesecake. They were all very well made and tasted great. My favorites were the egg nog cheesecake and the carrot cake. Overall a really great experience.

“Wow! I wasn't expecting to clean my plate the way I did. I had oxtails with rice and peas and plantains & my husband had curry goat with white rice and cabbage. When I tell you this restaurant is really authentic, the plate set up was extremely pretty and when i tell you i only waited maybe 10-15 minutes to be served. 10/10 for sure. Returning is a must and I'd be a fool not to”

“I was a little disappointed with last night's visit (2/3/24), which is truly a first. We arrived shortly after 5:00 pm. When my wife ordered the steak sandwich she was informed that they were out of that, so she changed her order to the Reuben. I then ordered the roast pork. Five minutes later our server returned and informed me that they were out of the roast pork as well. A restaurant shouldn't be out of 2 menu items at 5:15 pm - that's a problem. That said, the food we received was delicious and our server was excellent. I've never had a bad meal or poor service here and probably never will - I will definitely be back and I can still recommend the Crystal without reservation.”

“The catchy name brought us here today. I was blown away with all the awesome signs and well themed fixtures, right down to the bathroom lights. The menu has some unique sounding items which also match the garage theme. We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, wings and mac salad. The food was very tasty. My only complaint would be the waitress was on ornery enough (joke).”

She came back to Watertown and has honored her commitment to launch other young chefs into the restaurant business. She employs a lot of people and gives back to the community. “Ate here for the first time. First, the staff were very friendly and service was excellent. Second, very impressed by the gluten free options as my lovely wife has a gluten allergy. This restaurant very gluten-free friendly, likely the best in Watertown. Third, for my vegan friends, most burgers have a vegan option with the additional option of a gluten-free roll or a lettuce wrap. Fourth, I ordered the Blue Ribbon Burger (the grass fed beef option), and I am very glad that I did. This burger was fantastic. The flavor was mouth watering and the burger cooked as ordered. The french fries were fresh cut, and again, awesome. Lastly, My lovely date even said she would love to come back. This is a surprise due to the fact that her gluten-free and vegan burger was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The real standout was our waitress, who was doing her best to handle the rush of customers on her own. We tried the Shirley Temple with Pop Rocks, which was a fun and tasty twist! The food was solid, but nothing particularly special—it was good, just as you’d expect from a casual dining spot. One thing I appreciated was the variety of options on the menu, which gave us plenty to choose from.

Overall, it was a decent meal with good service. Wouldn’t mind coming back for another visit!
