Ever since bringing in the new bartender Danny I look forward to making the paddock my go to even more. He is by far the best addition to the club in years, and actually knows how to handle the rush and make a drink the way it should be. I will continue to be back if I know he’s tending bar.”

Told us they were waiting on Service set us in an area had already had customers with a waitress already waiting on people sitting in a parking lot waiting on my wife noticed you’re still telling people 10 minute wait the restaurant is half empty plenty of servers just don’t understand what’s going on”

“It’s right in the middle of great bunch of restaurants and stores. The room is nice and clean! The pool was nice and the breakfast in the morning was great! A lot of options! The staff was nice and helpful. If I had to list some cons, the bathroom shower was not clean and the room was listed as non smoking but we clearly smelled smoke. Overall it was a nice stay!”

“Wonderful surprise in downtown Watertown. I thought that it would be fairly average pub food but I was wrong. I had a half order of the bar salad which was overflowing with bacon, avocado and other goodies. My salmon dinner was done perfectly and delicious. Shout out to our efficient friendly server Calley who made our visit complete 💯!”

With the BOGO deal (20 boneless), 2 drinks, and an order of fries the bill was $50 after tipping. The wings were delicious and the server was friendly, attentive and helpful.”

Every glass that left the bar glowed with the promise of happiness, good decisions, and possibly better posture. And then… the Craft and Jamaican dry rub chicken wings. Scrumptious doesn’t even begin to describe them. These wings strutted onto the table like they knew they were the star of the show—juicy, spicy, and seasoned so perfectly you’d swear they had their own PR team. Meanwhile, everything coming out of the kitchen looked so jaw-droppingly delicious it made me question every life choice that led me to not ordering that, that, and definitely that. Even the ordering app was a delight. A simple QR scan and—voilà!—this sixty-something woman was tapping, selecting, and paying with the grace of a digital native. No confusion. No panic. No accidentally ordering seventeen sides of fries. (Though honestly, that might not have been the worst fate.) Kudos to the staff and management—this place runs like a well–garlic-oiled machine: smooth, flavorful, and leaving you wanting more. Five stars, a happy belly, and a newfound confidence in QR codes. “the watertown location is my girlfriend and i’s favorite spot for coffee and brunch! the brunch burger is insanely good. the past two times we’ve been we’ve gotten that and whatever pastry is speaking to us that day because they’re all always incredible. i feel bad that i had a bad first impression with the coffee here. i got a regular drip coffee my first visit in and wasn’t impressed at all, but i really think it was a fluke because every other drink i’ve had has been off the charts! always a great atmosphere, timely service, and reasonable prices for the high quality.”

“If you want authentic boba drinks, this is the place to go! I'm a big boba drinker since 7 years old! Being born and raised in Cali, I had my fair share of boba drinks. Moving to fort drum due to military life and for some odd reason I decided to stay, there were really no good boba drinks. Ju Ju and the boba store in Syracuse mall were my go-tos for quite a while, but O-OH is absolutely the best! They meet my tasting standards I had from the west side! Also they are the most caring and sweetest people! O-OH customer service is always excellent and they really value their customers! They greet everyone with a friendly smile on their face! Even when I come in upset or angry, they always change my mood and I go back to being happy! The store is literally a happy atmosphere!”

“Just tried Friede’s Diner in Watertown today and WOW. The eggs were perfect dippy eggs, the bacon was cooked to perfection, and the homemade Italian bread was absolutely top tier. The sausage links were to die for. Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. On top of that, the staff was amazing and made the whole experience even better. If you're in Watertown, NY, don’t sleep on this diner you’ll definitely be missing out!”

“We made our yearly visit for dinner. We head back to Watertown once a year to have dinner with family. This is our favorite. Everything is good and always plenty of leftovers! Already looking forward to next year's dinner.”

“I was a little disappointed with last night's visit (2/3/24), which is truly a first. We arrived shortly after 5:00 pm. When my wife ordered the steak sandwich she was informed that they were out of that, so she changed her order to the Reuben. I then ordered the roast pork. Five minutes later our server returned and informed me that they were out of the roast pork as well. A restaurant shouldn't be out of 2 menu items at 5:15 pm - that's a problem. That said, the food we received was delicious and our server was excellent. I've never had a bad meal or poor service here and probably never will - I will definitely be back and I can still recommend the Crystal without reservation.”

“Ordered the Quesabirria tacos. For $15 it came with a side of rice and the birria juices/sauce to dip them in. They were super flavorful and juicy, so much so that I even had some of the taco without dipping it in the birria sauce. For $14, I left with a full and happy belly. I will 100% be returning, and the rice was delicious as well! I also got to try my boyfriend’s burrito, which was also AMAZING. Best Mexican food in Watertown hands down. These even beat some of the birria tacos I’ve had in Syracuse”
