“If cocktail magic had a home address, it would be The Craft 836, where the bartender wasn’t just a drink-slinger—oh no—this professional mixology wizard seemed to craft beverages with the finesse of someone who may or may not have trained with celestial beings. Every glass that left the bar glowed with the promise of happiness, good decisions, and possibly better posture. And then… the Craft and Jamaican dry rub chicken wings. Scrumptious doesn’t even begin to describe them. These wings strutted onto the table like they knew they were the star of the show—juicy, spicy, and seasoned so perfectly you’d swear they had their own PR team. Meanwhile, everything coming out of the kitchen looked so jaw-droppingly delicious it made me question every life choice that led me to not ordering that, that, and definitely that. Even the ordering app was a delight. A simple QR scan and—voilà!—this sixty-something woman was tapping, selecting, and paying with the grace of a digital native. No confusion. No panic. No accidentally ordering seventeen sides of fries. (Though honestly, that might not have been the worst fate.) Kudos to the staff and management—this place runs like a well–garlic-oiled machine: smooth, flavorful, and leaving you wanting more. Five stars, a happy belly, and a newfound confidence in QR codes. “Every time I go to this Olive Garden I leave super happy. Their food, cleanliness and service is stellar and consistent. The food always arrives fast, and yet it doesn't look or taste rushed. The moment a customer leaves, their table gets bussed and cleaned immediately. You can tell the staff cares, and they seem genuinely happy to be there. Tonight our server was Madeline and she could not have been lovelier or more attentive despite having a full section. I'm not just happy when I go there, I'm happy when I know im going there later in the day bc I know its going to be a 10/10. Keep up the great work Olive Garden! You guys are doing amazing.”

The bartenders who worked the party for us on the 3rd floor were very attentive, friendly and accommodating! We had a variety of pizzas and appetizer dips and they were amazing - guests were very impressed. Highly recommend this venue for any party!”

“the watertown location is my girlfriend and i’s favorite spot for coffee and brunch! the brunch burger is insanely good. the past two times we’ve been we’ve gotten that and whatever pastry is speaking to us that day because they’re all always incredible. i feel bad that i had a bad first impression with the coffee here. i got a regular drip coffee my first visit in and wasn’t impressed at all, but i really think it was a fluke because every other drink i’ve had has been off the charts! always a great atmosphere, timely service, and reasonable prices for the high quality.”

“If you want authentic boba drinks, this is the place to go! I'm a big boba drinker since 7 years old! Being born and raised in Cali, I had my fair share of boba drinks. Moving to fort drum due to military life and for some odd reason I decided to stay, there were really no good boba drinks. Ju Ju and the boba store in Syracuse mall were my go-tos for quite a while, but O-OH is absolutely the best! They meet my tasting standards I had from the west side! Also they are the most caring and sweetest people! O-OH customer service is always excellent and they really value their customers! They greet everyone with a friendly smile on their face! Even when I come in upset or angry, they always change my mood and I go back to being happy! The store is literally a happy atmosphere!”

“I was a little disappointed with last night's visit (2/3/24), which is truly a first. We arrived shortly after 5:00 pm. When my wife ordered the steak sandwich she was informed that they were out of that, so she changed her order to the Reuben. I then ordered the roast pork. Five minutes later our server returned and informed me that they were out of the roast pork as well. A restaurant shouldn't be out of 2 menu items at 5:15 pm - that's a problem. That said, the food we received was delicious and our server was excellent. I've never had a bad meal or poor service here and probably never will - I will definitely be back and I can still recommend the Crystal without reservation.”

What impresses me most is the consistency. Time after time, the food is exceptional, which is surprisingly rare these days. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely amazing, and the employees clearly care about giving customers a great experience. It feels like such a rare hidden gem right in the heart of the city center. If you haven’t tried this place yet, you are seriously missing out. I highly recommend!”

“Just tried Friede’s Diner in Watertown today and WOW. The eggs were perfect dippy eggs, the bacon was cooked to perfection, and the homemade Italian bread was absolutely top tier. The sausage links were to die for. Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. On top of that, the staff was amazing and made the whole experience even better. If you're in Watertown, NY, don’t sleep on this diner you’ll definitely be missing out!”

“A legit Korean restaurant! The ramen is definitely good—they use Shin Ramyun and enhance it with extra meat and vegetables. The kimchi fried rice is also really tasty. The side dishes are solid as well, just what you’d expect, including the pickled radish. However, I do think the bulgogi could be better.”

“Food is better than most Chinese takeout establishments...it is mainly takeout or delivery from a very hardworking family. Go to for the North side and have never been disappointed with the quality of the food and the portions guaranteed to have leftovers. Family has gotten takeout more than a dozen times over the past two years and never been disappointed...or sick. Lady taking the order could not be nicer and I am really surprised that anyone might argue with her or her husband.
Tofu home style, house lomein, moo shu pork, butterfly shrimp have never been poor and I am really never been disappointed with our choices.
Not really a place to take a date, but for takeout Chinese food, the prices and portions are better than most. Rarely do I give 5 stars for any establishment, but don't let that scare you... this little place is legit.
