This Gelato is absolutely incredible. I have been telling all my friends about it because it’s so good. I highly recommend anyone to come give it a try and Chiara is an extremely down to earth owner. She has perfected her craft in her work.
It’s no mistake that Gelato naturally trumps ice cream. The nicety Chiara puts into ensuring her recipes are absolute shows from the initial taste. I purchased 4 flavors and have tried two so far. The lemon sorbet (for it being sorbet), is as smooth as a gelato and is an impressively fresh dairy free alternative that makes me feel like I’m in Sicily eating from a local shop again.
