Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere with ice cream parlor style tables. Nice to find an ice cream shop open in the winter. They also have food selections! I'll be going back to this one!“
“It’s no mistake that Gelato naturally trumps ice cream. The nicety Chiara puts into ensuring her recipes are absolute shows from the initial taste. I purchased 4 flavors and have tried two so far. The lemon sorbet (for it being sorbet), is as smooth as a gelato and is an impressively fresh dairy free alternative that makes me feel like I’m in Sicily eating from a local shop again. The vanilla gelato creates that intense sensation which makes you melt into your seat, so make sure you’re sitting to ensure you don’t lose your sturdiness. I’m looking forward to watching this brand grow and consistently supporting a talented woman who is bringing a piquant addition to my favorite upstate Italian market.“
“Been here recently to get the Eclipse slush floats. I read previously that they aren't responsive to the parking order stations, the places where you park your car, push the red button, place your order and they bring it out to you. That's true, which initially upset me as I was waiting for a while and got no response. But the drive-thru line was moving at a steady pace so I thought I would give that a try and I got my order placed and the girl who I paid and gave me my order was very sweet. The Eclipse slush floats were DELICIOUS and I also ordered fries and they were good also.So the food isn't the problem, and the people working there aren't bad. I read that they're very short-staffed at the moment which would explain why they aren't responding to the parking order stations. Everything here to me seems perfectly fine, but if they can't respond to the parking stations then they need to place traffic cones or place a sign on them saying to either order inside or go to the drive-through, that would save this location a lot of bad reviews.So overall this isn't a bad place, but they need to be more upfront with what's going on internally that's causing a lack of response to the parking stations so that customers aren't leaving upset and feeling their time has been wasted.“
“They are the only place that carries my wife’s favorite ice cream, Queen of Hearts. (I like it too). Their soft serve is also great! It’s not the closest ice cream place but we will go there just for Queen of Hearts, and to change things up.“
“Just got to New York and I must say , it's the best ice cream place I've been to so far. Staff was very friendly, price's were amazing and lots of things to choose from. If I could give this place more stars I would. Great place to bring the family. Even have ice cream for dogs.“
“Best ice cream around, hands down. It's custard, so it's extra thick and creamy. Peanut butter soft serve is really excellent, but their basic chocolate and vanilla is tasty as well. Really nice outdoor seating area by the water, take a short walk across the little foot bridge for an almost always empty pavilion, or the village dock with ample parking is just down the road for some different scenery. Service is always friendly and quick. The only thing I don't care for is their chocolate sprinkles. They're the hard crunchy ones that don't taste like chocolate. Not a dealbreaker since the ice cream is so good on its own, but a switch back to the better ones would be much appreciated. Regardless, this is the best ice cream you will find in the area and I will always bring visiting friends here over anywhere else.“

Even though it was hectic the politeness from her was outstanding.The food was super hot and tasty.Obviously going back the next time I have an opportunity.Parking: It's a good place to park.Large lot to the left and behind the restaurant as well. Most of this location's business is drive through.Wheelchair accessibility: It complies with state laws.I happen to check because that is important.“
“Went here last year and absolutely loved it. There’s a huge variety of flavors and the milkshakes were very good. I loved the intimacy of the location and it was convenient to one my favorite trails. The order came out at a good place and the toppings made it extra delicious. Would recommend to anyone!“
