“I haven't been to KFC, Arsenal Street Watertown, in awhile. Walking in the door I was a overwhelmed with the decor and welcoming feeling. It's also spotless! There was only one individual working and he was pleasant considering the Drive Thru had a line. One customer at a time!“

“The team there tonight was awesome. They worked together to make everything right for us. Buying for a friend is not the easiest thing. And with a cranky husband made it worse. But the manager tonight Adian I believe she said her name was did everything she could to make us happy. I will be going back just to see the team tonight. Thank you very much ladies and gentleman for reminding me of that down home Southern charm.“
