“My chicken breast had a wadded up straw paper underneath the skin. Customer service is basically non-existent. they would not give me my refund only a credit for less than what I paid for the meal. Will never go back there again. Manager is worthless also.“

“We ordered for the first time tonight, and I just wanted to say that everything was absolutely wonderful, even ordered it for pick up and I can't tell you the last time I had such a great meal to go. “My son and I found this online and we're intrigued to find it was at a gas station. The biggest surprise was that the chicken tenders were hot, fresh, crispy, big, and juicy with a great spice. It was about $15 for 12 generous sized tenders with three sauces.“

“AMAZING CHEAP FOOD I got a big box which is 4 tenders a lot of fries two sauces one side of your choice and a large drink for only $16.99 you can’t beat this for mall food and it was so much better than Popeyes and the gentleman at the counter was so polite and kind absolutely little gem that needs more business!!!“

“Really great tasting fried chicken. I was hungry waiting for my wife’s MRI and walked down from Upstate Hospital and tried out their chicken tenders. The Krunchy Chicken is located in a small market. Employees were very nice and helpful. The chicken tenders were warm and actually quite tasty. I will go there again next time I’m looking for something to eat and I’m in the area.“
