“Who cannot love Chick-fil-A? Whenever I am in East Syracuse, I always make it a point to drive out of my way to go to the Chick-fil-A. The service is amazing, and I love the fact that they bring the food to your table. I always get the three strip chicken, the small waffle fries, and I don't get any of the sauce. I am 53 years and I cannot finish this meal. I don't eat a lot, but this three strip and small waffle fries are satisfying. I never get any drinks. The chicken itself is extremely moist.

Vegetarian options: I have never eaten any salads, so I'm not really sure if there are vegetarian options,

Dietary restrictions: I'm not sure about the dietary restrictions, but I don't think they have a gluten-free bun. If they had a gluten-free bun, I would surely get the sandwich. I'm always stuck with the same menu item.

Parking: I love the fact that every Chick-fil-A has the two car drive-thru.

Kid-friendliness: There is a really cool playground that I wish I could go in, but I'm a little taller than the sign.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there is wheelchair accessibility.“

“Visited this location on 6/26/2024 at 5:36 pm the gentleman named Thomas who took our order was very professional and friendly. As I waited for my order, he attended to other customers in the same manner. During 1 of the interactions I witnessed, he accidentally forgot to input a coupon and asked for the manager's assistance. I was appalled by the manager's demeanor, repeatedly telling Thomas that he made a bad mistake and it will look like a theft to corporate. The manager was way out of line and clearly doesn't have managerial skills.“

“Walked into the store this evening and was greeted by a very polite and courteous manager who help me with my order. My order was made very fast and my food was hot. The store was very clean and you felt the hospitality. This store will definitely continue to get my business.

“We ordered for the first time tonight, and I just wanted to say that everything was absolutely wonderful, even ordered it for pick up and I can't tell you the last time I had such a great meal to go. “Don't go to Chicago cken fast food the often haven't been to Popeyes in awhile. Last time my experience wasn't all that great. The biscuit was fresh this time and not hard as a rock. The service has improved from what I can tell. The chicken was great better than last time which seen to have been sitting under the heater from days. The gravy for the mashed potatoes was warm and peppery. Better experience don't recommend popcorn shrimp.“

“The best halal fried chickens in syracuse. Muslim brothers and sisters who live in nearby counties must give this shop a try. The freshness and crispisness of the fried chicken are unquestionable. Also, their mac n cheese and mash potatoes are delicious too!Owners, keep the good work and continue to treat your workers well. Allah will bless you. “We went here for lunch last week & I thought it was pretty good. They have a luncheon special where you can get fried rice instead of white and it also includes soup and hot tea. I thought that was really special because you don't normally find that. It's always only white rice and no soup, let alone tea! We were the first ones there for lunch and the restaurant was pretty dark, so I can't comment on how the restaurant looked. We were seated by a very nice lady and then a young man took our orders. We waited about 15 minutes, eating our soup, which was wonton and egg drop. Both were very good. My friend ordered General Tso's chicken and thought it was a bit too spicy in places, and my order was for Shrimp with Chinese vegetables in a brown sauce. I thought it was good but I should have asked for extra sauce. Both orders were huge, so much so, that we had to get take- out containers. Prices were very reasonable too! If I lived in that part of town, I would go there more often.“

“It's a great place for sur I will recommend it if you like chicken or sea food, it's all fried for sure. But you have to note that their service is not that fast ether. The atmosphere inside is boring but with the lights and the way they designed it it gives you the sensation of having a great time when you really are not“
