“The chicken tenders and fries were excellent as always. Light, crispy, and juicy.They seem to have introduced burgers since I last visited here, and the Liciousburger was amazing! It was fresh, fragrant, and so tasty. I won't list names, but it is definitely better than a lot of burgers in downtown Utica.“

“Stopped by KFC and had a great experience. The food came out fresh and hot — the chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the sides were on point too. The place was clean and the staff were chill and respectful.

I dined in for a bit and didn’t feel rushed at all, which I really appreciated. It’s nice when a spot lets you relax and actually enjoy your meal. Overall, solid service and good food — I’ll definitely be back.“

“IMHO the best fast food location in the area. I try to get the Tuesdays special price and order tenders and fries and it's always consistent and tasty (for what you can expect from fast food). Even other KFC locations will randomly throw too much salt on the but I've never had that here. I agree with other reviews that the building could be better maintained (i.e. I notice broken tiles just sitting on the floor) but, again, for fast food I only expect so much. This isn't a fancy restaurant. The staff is always fine. I never felt especially awesome service but nothing to complain about.“
