“On the last day of my business trip to Albany, I decided to make a run up to Utica to confirm whether or not the restaurants in Utitca were familiar with the term steamed hams. I was not at all surprised or disappointed to see the confused look on the cashier's face. I quickly edited my order to mouthwatering hamburgers and there were no further issues. It is true what they say, don't order steamed hams in Utica.I left a 5 star review because it was great service and I feel a little bad for using terminology that I didn't think would work in this region of upstate New York.“
“We recieved the best service I have ever experienced at a subway. We did an online order and they were finishing making our food when we arrived. They were still actively completing in person orders at the same time. The two staff behind the counter were very efficient and deserved a positive review. To top it off, our food tasted very fresh, and were not messy!Great job!“
“Writing this as an acknowledgment to Ann for her excellent customer service tonight. I ordered a mobile order at 11:30pm to this location after arrival I was told they were out of stock of meatballs for the night. After she heard the disappointment in my voice she offered to make some specially for me without a huff or a puff. At this point it was 11:55 she easily could have told me they were out and went about our night. I know how busy this location gets especially with the bogo promo going on right now I’m sure she had a very busy shift, a lot of respect for this women thanks again!!“
“I like taco bell, but the last two times I went, they did not put all my order in my bags. I had to go back to get the rest of my order. They were good about getting it. But I feel they should do something to make up for me having to go back to the restaurant due to their error.“

“Food, Service, and atmosphere are all five. The Food (specifically fries, burgers, and grilled cheese) are absolutely delicious and are the main reason it's my favorite fast food place of all time. The service is great, you get your food quickly, and it's always fairly clean which is a nice surprise considering fast food places like McDonald's are often gross and messy. The only reason this is a 4/5 for me is because they got rid of the coffee milkshake! I get it might not have been the most popular but please bring it back it was so good! It was the main reason I got into five guys and I miss it so much!Vegetarian options: lots of food for vegetarians if needed. There's grilled cheese, veggie sandwiches, fries, and shakes. no vegetarian has to miss out on this delicious meal.Dietary restrictions: their menu is fairly large so I think you'll probably be fine unless you're allergic or intolerant to a lot of things.Parking: I can't give you a number, but there are a lot of spots.Kid-friendliness: lots of food kids will eat.
