“Service was good during a slow period. Have stopped when busier and not as fast.
Food was good and always made to order or correctly made if any issues. Atmosphere is clean most of the time and can be quiet. Music is minimal to none and friendly customer service is hit or miss but most are friendly and will engage with customers.“

“So I've never even stepped foot in this Subway. Never even been to the state of New York. But I got an email alert that said someone ordered food (with my info and card info) to this location, and for it to be picked up in about 15 minutes. I immediately called these guys, and the manager said yes the order had been placed, but she canceled them immediately and refunded me on the spot. Of course I immediately changed my Subway password and removed card info. But thank God for this lady or they could have really had a hay day. Someone who actually cares about customers! If only I could be a fly on the wall when the thief walked in expecting their food.“
