“I stopped by the Rome store today and ordered the number 2 Brownie Sundae. I was a little shocked by the additional costs they charged me to add Peanut butter sauce to my sundae, and once I got my brownie sundae, there was hardly any brownie in the Sundae to enjoy. Very disappointed with today's visit.“

“I went to this Wendy's about 5:30 to grab some burgers and fries for my family because I just didn't want to cook after a long busy day.
I have to say the staff at this Wendy's are excellent. They always get my order right. They are on the ball with speedy service. They are a great team. Kudos for the excellent service and always making my visit to Wendy's such a pleasent experience that I always leave happy. Thanks guys. Keep up the excellent work.“
