“Great customer service. Attentive, friendly, and efficient. Sadly i do not see a tip box anymore. How can I show my appreciation directly without one? I feel this doesnt only take away from the great staff but also the customers. Subs are getting a little small ?. Id have to eat 2 to get full these days and Im not any fatter than i used to be ?.“
“This place has some great food!! I have been ordering food here since it was called, SubWay..a VERY long time ago! They were made to change their name when the actual subway chain came to Rome. The name changed, food stayed the same delicious way! Their wings are SO DELICIOUS!! Juicy inside, crispy and brown on the outside! SO good!! I love their chicken finger sub!! The steak sub is very good too. I have ordered it two ways. The original way with grilled peppers, onions, and mushrooms..your choice of cheese. OR, you can get it with lettuce, onions, cheese, and tomatoes. Both are the absolute best!! The chicken tenders are SO good too! I have always gotten my orders delivered hot! In ALL these YEARS! I have not a single complaint. The manager/owner is a super sweet lady. The workers have always been so nice to me. And, the delivery drivers are ALWAYS on time and very nice too!Don’t forget to get yourself some fried dough. It’s crispy edge and the soft, tender inside with the sweet confectionery sugar, is the perfect ending to your meal.I LOVE this company! They’re a super sweet icon to our city of Rome NY. “@Waylon Becker, I was standing behind you when you left that Turkey sandwich on the counter because you pretended that you didn't have enough money to pay for the Sub. I also suspected that you are going to run your fat mouth in town and on Internet because the owner refused to give you sandwich at discounted price. I used to have a Pizza business and we often had to deal with scums like you, those scums order the food knowing the price and when food is prepared they play this type game that they didn't have enough $$ to pay for food, assuming that we have no other choice but give them food at lower price. I am not sure if are a BLIND or A MORON, or simply a stupid low class scum. You ordered a sub of the day( Turkey) and ordered extra cheese on it, then you didn't want to pay for extra cheese and left the sandwich on counter. If I was the owner of place I would slap you with the same sub. It is not anyone's fault that you are too stupid to read the Menu. You said you lives in walking distance, Why wouldn't you walk home and made a bologna sandwich ? I purchased that sandwich at full price for my DOG and the cashier mentioned that you are one of the worst customer and work at KUHN and only comes few times a year and most of the time you walk out without buying anything. He was glad to see you walking out and he said, " Hope he don't come back here again". I don't blame him for saying that. He has to run the business. I hope you get a life and start respecting people who works hard for living, and I hope someday in your life you will understand that cheese is not a vegetable. Please send your children to school so they will know how to write full sentences, And you should try to learn it too.“
“While shopping in the mall we decided to get lunch at Subway after grabbing terrible food from another kiosk. This particular Subway is small, but like all of their locations, it had the usual menu. The staff here was really great and quick. The sub rolls weren't over cooked like some other locations, but the employee was slightly sloppy with the sauces. In the end we enjoyed our lunch and the service here.“
“Great selection... Great customer service and friendly staff.. Clean location.... Great value for the price. Have visited this restaurant numerous times and always had positive experience. Sadly can't remember the name of young man today who completed our order (4pm ish). He was professional.. efficient and very friendly! My Mom has difficulty speaking but this didn't even phase him.. Great people skills... Highly recommend this location...“
“My wife and I both love it here. They always keep up the cleanliness and always try to do a good job. The workers are both friendly and polite which is a huge plus in my book. They always go out of the way when working and we appreciate them. We highly recommend.“
