“The woman who basically runs this location is absolutely wonderful. I come here very frequently for lunch and she is here every single time, usually running the store by herself. This is the only location I will visit because of the excellent service.“
“While shopping in the mall we decided to get lunch at Subway after grabbing terrible food from another kiosk. This particular Subway is small, but like all of their locations, it had the usual menu. The staff here was really great and quick. The sub rolls weren't over cooked like some other locations, but the employee was slightly sloppy with the sauces. In the end we enjoyed our lunch and the service here.“

“i typically don't like to advocate for corporate chains, but you're just not going to find a better sub...anywhere. no, not even in utica.jersey mike's slices their meats to order, eliminating the possibility of a slimey, unappetizing texture.it may seem pricey, but the large is enormous. produce freshness is never questionable.all my favorite utica pizza shop subs now taste inferior in comparison.do i think ordering from locally owned businesses is a much wiser choice financially? of course. retaining that money in the local economy is both imperative and challengingbut when you NEED a sub that is king... this is the joint“

“We recieved the best service I have ever experienced at a subway. We did an online order and they were finishing making our food when we arrived. They were still actively completing in person orders at the same time. The two staff behind the counter were very efficient and deserved a positive review. To top it off, our food tasted very fresh, and were not messy!Great job!“
“Went in to order lunch for husband & self, was happy to see not busy & I was the only one there so was sure all would go well!Only to get home & see that I did not receive the item I ordered! I ordered #10 item for husband & when he sat down to enjoy, saw it was not correct, it was not #10 he ordered but #14! He doesn’t care for 2 different meats combined, so gave it to our single neighbor who enjoyed!I’ll try again but will definitely check out our sandwich’s before I leave to ensure we get what we order & pay for next time!
