“Sloppy Joe’s has become a go-to for eating out while shopping the New Hartford area. My mother and I have eaten here several times within the last couple of months and the food is always fantastic! I highly recommend the crispy chicken sub! It’s hot, the chicken is crispy, and the roll (which they make!!) is perfection! The owner is so nice and very friendly too! Definitely will be returning!! 👍🏻”

“Absolutely my favorite place for Milkshakes!! I don't indulge in coffee, so I can't rate how their coffee is, but if it's what they're known for, and their milkshakes are this good? You know they are somehow even better if you enjoy coffee.

I can see a long future of coming here, especially due to the service and atmosphere! Everyone working here is so friendly and inviting, as well as understanding. I have never felt as if I was not listened to, which is a must in my book for a place like this!

“This was a last minute dinner pick at 6pm on a Saturday. Was there a wait? Yes. Did we care - nope. As one of my friends once said - do you want to go in to some place at 6 - 7pm on a Saturday and nobody is in there? Service was spot on, food was fresh and plenty for the price. Desserts were amazing and the fresh warm bread and not frozen butter was a plus. We were not rushed, even though there were a bunch of people waiting when we left. Would highly recommend and is on our return list for next year when we're back in the area.”

“I came in yesturday on my lunch break. The store was really clean. The workers acknowledged me when I walked in. They were super busy but got my order out fast. They apologized for the wait but it was only 5 minutes and were calling orders out the whole time. They got everyones orders out so quickly and my bowl looked perfect. It tasted even better. The cake was decorated beautifully and meticulously with some added shimmer and the flavor was incredible. I always get my pastries and cakes from Gingerbread. Highly recommend!”

The service was amazing, staff was super energetic, kind, knowledgeable, and sociable. The esthetic of the shop was so youthful fun and charmingly chaotic. The stickers at the checkout counter was the coolest part. I love how personalized this shop was. I will definitely be coming back whenever I get a sweet craving. 10/10”

“We frequent this Mitsuba quite a bit even though we live across town. The manager knows us by name even though we get takeout and don’t hang around to eat. She’s very nice. The boba tea is delicious and so is the food. We get the build your own poke bowl, and there are lots of choices. Try it!!”
