“Sloppy Joe’s has become a go-to for eating out while shopping the New Hartford area. My mother and I have eaten here several times within the last couple of months and the food is always fantastic! I highly recommend the crispy chicken sub! It’s hot, the chicken is crispy, and the roll (which they make!!) is perfection! The owner is so nice and very friendly too! Definitely will be returning!! 👍🏻”

“Absolutely my favorite place for Milkshakes!! I don't indulge in coffee, so I can't rate how their coffee is, but if it's what they're known for, and their milkshakes are this good? You know they are somehow even better if you enjoy coffee.

I can see a long future of coming here, especially due to the service and atmosphere! Everyone working here is so friendly and inviting, as well as understanding. I have never felt as if I was not listened to, which is a must in my book for a place like this!

“This is a local gem. Great food, atmosphere and service. It's not a big restaurant so be prepared to wait for a table at peak times, but its well worth the wait. It can be a little noisie at times because people are happy!!!”

“I came in yesturday on my lunch break. The store was really clean. The workers acknowledged me when I walked in. They were super busy but got my order out fast. They apologized for the wait but it was only 5 minutes and were calling orders out the whole time. They got everyones orders out so quickly and my bowl looked perfect. It tasted even better. “We frequent this Mitsuba quite a bit even though we live across town. The manager knows us by name even though we get takeout and don’t hang around to eat. She’s very nice. The boba tea is delicious and so is the food. We get the build your own poke bowl, and there are lots of choices. Try it!!”

Let me just say, these are the freshest, softest, and most moist cupcakes ive ever bought locally. 6 cupcakes for $16.00 is honestly a great price. The service was amazing, staff was super energetic, kind, knowledgeable, and sociable. The esthetic of the shop was so youthful fun and charmingly chaotic. The stickers at the checkout counter was the coolest part. I love how personalized this shop was. I will definitely be coming back whenever I get a sweet craving. 10/10”

Impressive! Upon entering this well-loved eatery, standing in a line almost out the door, I started my order no more than 7 minutes later! Upon looking back, I see a new line out to the door, yet the (4) front staff continue to be the most Professional servers an establishment can ask for! Professional, Polite and Productive! The food was likewise Fresh, Delicious and Healthy! Our hats off to this establishment, and especially the front staff professionals serving patrons all evening long!!”
