great atmosphere and delicious food.
Was very happy with the service today and the interaction we had with the hibachi chef. he was very entertaining. Great way to celebrate my 41st birthday.
Been here many times over the years. Staff are very attentive. Maybe overly so these days. Within 30 seconds of being seated and getting menus, the waitress was asking for our drink orders. Moments later, while my husband was obviously still looking at the menu, the waitress again approached and asked if we were ready to order. I stated the obvious, that we were still deciding. Sumo Japanese Steakhouse offers some of the best sushi in New Hartford in a clean and friendly environment. It is one of the favorite spots for a great lunch with a delicious bento box, especially the teriyaki salmon. The chefs are top tier and the service is always great. Enjoy a fun Chef performance while savoring amazing steak and chicken hibachi, or try their many vegetarian sushi options. The food is always amazing and the yum yum sauce and ginger salad dressing are incredible.
