Went in for dinner during the middle of the week so service was good no rush in people. I ended up getting steak and chicken hibachi which was great!! The staff was very friendly no issues with the service. Definitely recommend if you are in the mood for sushi or hibachi. Next time I'll take pictures!!

My family of 7 (2 of them being babies) went out for my oldest son's birthday. 1. I was charged $10 extra to give some of my food to the babies - $5 each. Which it's not like I was given extra food so they more or less just charged me for my kids to be there. 2. My son who turned 11 two months ago and barely eats anything, the server said he couldn't order off of the kids menu bc he was over 10 which then required us to spend $15 more for a dinner he barely touched... which is why I wanted to order his food off of the kids menu to begin with. 3. The server was rude, never asked if we wanted refills, or desert and just brought us the check. 4. They included gratuity. Which, from working in restaurants and previously being a restaurant manager, most restaurants include gratuity for parties over 8. 5 meals were ordered. 5. My husband and I both ordered the Sumo special (lobster, shrimp, chicken, and steak). The cook wasn't even planning on making us the chicken until I mentioned it was missing when he was almost done cooking. So, we got the chicken quite a bit after the rest of the food. Considering one meal was $45 and mine was $55 (for giving a little to the babies) and they weren't even going to serve us the food that was ordered if I didn't mention it. From start to finish this place was terrible, which we were considering not going to begin with since the last time we went the lobster and chicken were under cooked. We only did because that's what my son wanted for his birthday and everything was awful!

The service was incredible, food so good and a good value. The atmosphere is what you would want.
They charged me for 2 soups and I only received one. There was a bug in my drink. They had the nerve to say, so you don't want it. I said hell no I don't want it. They took it away and still charged me and no one even apologized.

We had reservations for 8 people at 6:30 pm on a Friday night and were promptly seated and our drink order was taken. But that is where the good experience ended.A table that got seated next to us after our meal started being prepared by the chef got their drink order before ours ( A variety of alcoholic bevs). I tried, but it difficult to get anyone’s attention to ask about our drinks and when they did finally arrive the chef was done cooking our meal and cleaning up. No sooner did the chef leave we were asked if we wanted to go containers. I literally JUST got my food.it was then that I asked to speak to a manager and was asked “ Why?” He eventually came over to speak to me, gave me the “sorry we got busy” line and then offered 50% off two of our beverages (the alcoholic ones).Yeah not going back there anytime soon.Kid-friendliness: They offer Junior Hibachi meals and do allow plate sharing. They also substitute apple juice for sake to squirt in their mouths. The chef we had was silly and d playful with my 4 and 5 yr olds.

We had hibachi, and it was an amazing experience. The only issue we came across was that as soon as the food was prepared and all set, a guy came over trying to pack all the food in to go boxes before we had a chance to even start eating. Other than that small thing, the rest was fantastic.
