“This place is a million times better than I imagined. The fact that they have fresh fruit options...???????????? It's absolutely delicious!! So many options too, there's something for everyone. My daughter loves watching them make it too. The staff is also super pleasant and answered her questions about how they make it. “I ordered DoorDash and they made the food completely wrong. After dealing with DoorDash (which was a NIGHTMARE) I called and spoke to the manager on duty, she was of little help so I waited until the following day and spoke to the store manager; who not only corrected the issue, but went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. We have ordered ice cream everyday for about 2 weeks now because sometimes you just have a craving for a Jim dandy and a build a sundae lolSo THANK you to the store manager for fixing the problem and making our day better :)“
“Our son attends Hamilton College, and when we visit my Beautiful Wife never fails to mention that we have to stop by The Cremeria. It had been two(2) years and last night we finally stopped in for dessert for the first time. “Vinnie, Nick, & Guy! What else can I say. Some of the most down to earth people you could ever meet. Enjoy my summers by visiting Bonomo’s quite often. Whether that’s for ice cream or a bite to eat it’s always great. The “Nick’s Burger” is one of a kind. Nothing compares to it. I probably inhale an unhealthy amount of those every summer but hey they are to die for! Would highly recommend stopping by to try Bonomo’s out. You won’t be disappointed and they are a great family to do business with. Keep it up guys!“
“I did something I've never done. I was cruising down the freeway and asked Siri to find me a restaurant; this was the first choice. What a nice surprise! Killing's is spotless (ignore the outside). The staf/owners are super friendly and helpful. The food was terrific! I had Mushroom Stew, really just a red sauce with mushrooms and hamburger over penne. Much better than it sounds. Simple food really well prepared. The coffee was also unexpectedly good and fresh. A great place and great value.“
“This little gem is the best ice cream spot in New York State and perhaps the country! The ice cream is beyond compare - better than the best places I have experienced and the Italian ice is to die for. It's a very clean and pleasant but rather small place on a busy cut-away corner in north Utica. My compliments to Michael on such an amazing place for ice cream. I have not tried the hot dogs or hamburgers yet but plan to on my very next visit. I live in Massachusetts but travel thru Utica on my way to Rochester quite regularly. It is so great to find and enjoy a wonderful place since they are so hard to come by. The taste at Tasty Treat is simply fantastic!!! Dr. Z“
“I've passed this little shop a million times and I would mention how I'd like to check it out, but never got around to it. So, me and the family went to check it out Mother's day but the line was long and we didn't want to wait for basic Ice Cream so we left. We decided to come back the during the weekday and there was no line. We walk up to the front and take a look at the menu and realize they have way more than "basic ice cream," actually there's nothing basic about the ice cream or the food! I got a Grasshopper pie cone and it was crazy good. It had mint chocolate chip, my fave, and brownie pieces. Drooling looking at this thing! My mate got an ice cream sandwich and the dope thing about their ice cream sandwiches is that you pick the ice cream and they make it on the spot! I also ordered a half pound cheese burger with chili, xtra pickles, lettuce and tomatoes. The bun was toasted, the meat was good, seasoned and juicy, the lettuce was fresh and the pickles were huge! I couldn't finish the whole thing, but my mate took care the rest for me. We both thought it was really good and this might be one of our summer go to when coming in this area. The place can be easy too pass because it's further back off the road but you can't miss the sign or the crowd in the parking lot. There is plenty of parking and seating for the family, along with a nice size lawn so maybe a blanket could be thrown down too. The staff is nice and the prices were really good. $15 for a 1/2 lb burger, 2 scoop cone and an ice cream sandwich. We all were happy with the taste and price and we will be coming back often.“
“Nice spot for ice cream. Their soft ice cream wasn’t my favorite, as I prefer the soft serve custard. The hard ice cream was really good though and they had a lot of different flavor options to choose from. The staff was super friendly and very nice as well!“
“Best frozen yogurt around and I am obsessed with the fruit flavors!! Such a healthy choice and free to customize even to a ridiculous extent :DI see someone said the spoons are sharp? Not to my experience.I see someone claimed it was dirty? It was absolutely emaculate when I was there.They also did have a "plain" vanilla flavor available, and to my knowledge the flavors are rotated every once in a while to keep things interesting and unique.Will be a repeat customer!
