We just ordered take out from pumpernickels last night. The menu is surprisingly expansive. Everything was delicious! The Lincoln Center with fresh, on site cooked turkey, not deli meat, spinach and melted Swiss cheese was fantastic. We got two 42nd Street Reuben. One on rye and one on Gluten Free Bread! So hard to find gluten free bread at any restaurants. Kudos! And a turkey dinner with mashed potatoes gravy and cranberry sauce. perfect comfort food. This has cute ambiance. It's a nice small local place and we will definitely return. The prices are ok, it's not cheap but the food is yummy. I really like the salad and sandwiches and the service is friendly.

Have not been here in years until last several visits, live out of town. Secluded out of the way gem. One needs to add it to their rotation for a lunch out with friends or business acquaintance. Incredible deli sandwiches, working my way through the list. Capable chefs punch higher than just deli fare. Last time had mushroom stew, a 'Utica Thing'.
