“I have gotten food from here when I have had only a few moments from work and the staff are friendly and efficient. The sandwich is always made to order and I am generally able to easily get in and out of the restaurant without much problem. The biggest issue is getting out of the parking lot which can occasionally get blocked in during change of shifts at the Hospital.“
“my experience was fantastic. i came in about half an hour before closing, but the employee, blake, handled it incredibly well. i apologized profusely but he reassured me it was fine and got our sandwiches done incredibly quickly, and with plenty of toppings as well. this was an unusually positive experience, since most subways arent nearly as quick or generous. blake really sold the experience.“

“This place is far and away the best sub shop in the Binghamton area, that I've been to. Being a native of Broome County, I've eaten at a great number of places that serve sandwiches, so i've left few stones unturned sub-wise. Jersey Mikes slices all their meats and cheeses to serve them, not before. For example if you order a cheesesteak they slice the beef then and put it on the grill as you wait. Same with every hot or cold sub or sandwich. The staff always greet you cheerfully, pay attention to your order, and ask if you have further requests. All of the veggies and dressings are fresh and well protected. The sandwiches and subs are large size. You won't feel that your portion is small, by any means.I'll say again. The best subs in the Binghamton area, except for a few specialty houses that are in the area. Jersey Mike's isn't competing with cheesesteak and spiedie places, but they more than hold their own with the cheesesteaks they offer.Highly recommended by me. “UPDATED: food is very good, the best sandwich is lox time square. BUT I found a hair in my iced chai latte…… quite disappointed, I saw all long hair staffs put their hair up as ponytails, but that’s not good enough…..They have a huge selection and the staffs are very nice! The food and the coffee are great. The only thing is I hope they can have a more specific receipt for people, on the receipt, it doesn’t specify what kinda of up charge I have and the name of coffee.“
