Also order in person or over phone because online the prices are two times higher than the actual menu and prices. The owner even gave me an extra batch of wings for free. “come to this Wendy’s twice a day, every day. I work from the dining room, so I see and hear a lot more than someone who just pops in once a week. That’s why I want to take a moment to shout out the amazing team at this location. It’s easy to judge from the outside, but this crew works incredibly hard. I’ve watched them deal with rude, impatient, and downright nasty customers—and still handle every situation with professionalism and kindness. The manager, Christine, especially deserves recognition. I’ve seen her deal with some really tough situations, but she doesn’t let it affect her attitude or her team. Are they perfect every single day? Of course not—nobody is. But overall, this is a group of people who consistently show up and give it their best. They know their regulars, learn your name, remember your order, and genuinely ask how you’re doing. That means something. It shows they care. I hope Wendy’s sees what a great team they have at this location. These people deserve appreciation and respect. It’s a tough job, and they take a lot of crap they shouldn't have to. But they keep showing up, doing their jobs, and treating people right. “We love going to Jersey Mike's on Upper Front st in Binghamton! The staff are very kind and friendly!! The subs are always delicious! They have lots of seating. We are usually there twice a week. ❤️💙❤️“

“Rolled into Subway thinking I was just making a quick pit stop… ended up having one of the smoothest fast food experiences I’ve had in a while. 😂

The second I walked in, the place was spotless, smelled fresh, and the staff greeted everyone like they actually enjoyed being there. The sandwich line moved fast, nobody was rushing or annoyed, and somehow my sub came out looking like it belonged in a Subway commercial instead of being wrapped up like a football.

Even better, the prices were fair and right in line with other Subway locations nearby, which was refreshing to see. No surprise “how did my sandwich cost the same as a car payment?” moment at checkout. 😂

Overall, great food, awesome staff, clean restaurant, and just an all-around good vibe. Whoever’s running this location is doing something right.“

“my experience was fantastic. i came in about half an hour before closing, but the employee, blake, handled it incredibly well. i apologized profusely but he reassured me it was fine and got our sandwiches done incredibly quickly, and with plenty of toppings as well. this was an unusually positive experience, since most subways arent nearly as quick or generous. blake really sold the experience.“
