“While I love me a subway sub, always delicious and filling, this location seems to not have enough employees. We placed an order online, to be ready within 15 minutes. We got there with 5 minutes till pick up time and parked, and as we waited for the app to say our order was ready, a vehicle pulled in and 4 people got out. They went in, and all ordered at the counter. We watched as their subs were made, deciding to wait to go in and grab our order even though the app said it was ready at the time it should have been. We ordered cold subs so we didn't mind waiting a few extra minutes. The people finally left, and my daughter went in to grab our order. Mind you, it was probably 20 minutes past when our order was supposed to be ready by now. Turns out, our order hadn't even been started yet. Two other people came in to pick up online orders while she waited, which I'm assuming should have been made. They weren't. She said there was one person working. Kinda hard to be upset knowing that. So nothing against the employee, our subs were delicious. Just be prepared, you may end up waiting awhile.“

“come to this Wendy’s twice a day, every day. I work from the dining room, so I see and hear a lot more than someone who just pops in once a week. That’s why I want to take a moment to shout out the amazing team at this location. It’s easy to judge from the outside, but this crew works incredibly hard. I’ve watched them deal with rude, impatient, and downright nasty customers—and still handle every situation with professionalism and kindness. The manager, Christine, especially deserves recognition. I’ve seen her deal with some really tough situations, but she doesn’t let it affect her attitude or her team. Are they perfect every single day? Of course not—nobody is. But overall, this is a group of people who consistently show up and give it their best. They know their regulars, learn your name, remember your order, and genuinely ask how you’re doing. That means something. It shows they care. I hope Wendy’s sees what a great team they have at this location. These people deserve appreciation and respect. “Traveling on Highway 17 between NYC-Rochester, New York, and found this super easily accessible McD 🤩. To me, one of the best rest stops for road trips because this is located right next to a huge Speedway gas station with a very nice store. Conveniently located right on off Hwy 17 at exit 77, the area has a back drop of mountains. Both the McD and Speedway are quite new and very clean. The combination is positioned perfectly before splitting to Hwy 81, etc. very convenient. The McD staff is excellent. Food is fresh due to high turn over. The parking lot is huge with ample space to stretch your legs from the road trip. The location is ideal to grab a quick bite, refill both the stomach and gas tank 👍“

“So many McD's are a hot mess now with awful service and long wait times. I'm happy to report that wasnt the case here. Ordered via the app, went to the bathroom, came out and food was ready, about 4 minutes, terrific! Plenty of seating and dining area and bathrooms were clean. Only issues was no sauces in bags or boxes nuggets. This seems to be the case at every mcdonalds now. Always check order and always do counter pickup to ensure this issues get quickly resolved.“
