“While I love me a subway sub, always delicious and filling, this location seems to not have enough employees. We placed an order online, to be ready within 15 minutes. We got there with 5 minutes till pick up time and parked, and as we waited for the app to say our order was ready, a vehicle pulled in and 4 people got out. They went in, and all ordered at the counter. We watched as their subs were made, deciding to wait to go in and grab our order even though the app said it was ready at the time it should have been. We ordered cold subs so we didn't mind waiting a few extra minutes. The people finally left, and my daughter went in to grab our order. Mind you, it was probably 20 minutes past when our order was supposed to be ready by now. Turns out, our order hadn't even been started yet. Two other people came in to pick up online orders while she waited, which I'm assuming should have been made. They weren't. She said there was one person working. Kinda hard to be upset knowing that. So nothing against the employee, our subs were delicious. Just be prepared, you may end up waiting awhile.“

“come to this Wendy’s twice a day, every day. I work from the dining room, so I see and hear a lot more than someone who just pops in once a week. That’s why I want to take a moment to shout out the amazing team at this location. It’s easy to judge from the outside, but this crew works incredibly hard. I’ve watched them deal with rude, impatient, and downright nasty customers—and still handle every situation with professionalism and kindness. The manager, Christine, especially deserves recognition. I’ve seen her deal with some really tough situations, but she doesn’t let it affect her attitude or her team. Are they perfect every single day? Of course not—nobody is. But overall, this is a group of people who consistently show up and give it their best. They know their regulars, learn your name, remember your order, and genuinely ask how you’re doing. That means something. It shows they care. I hope Wendy’s sees what a great team they have at this location. These people deserve appreciation and respect. It’s a tough job, and they take a lot of crap they shouldn't have to. But they keep showing up, doing their jobs, and treating people right. “Traveling on Highway 17 between NYC-Rochester, New York, and found this super easily accessible McD 🤩. To me, one of the best rest stops for road trips because this is located right next to a huge Speedway gas station with a very nice store. Conveniently located right on off Hwy 17 at exit 77, the area has a back drop of mountains. Both the McD and Speedway are quite new and very clean. The combination is positioned perfectly before splitting to Hwy 81, etc. very convenient. The McD staff is excellent. Food is fresh due to high turn over. The parking lot is huge with ample space to stretch your legs from the road trip. The location is ideal to grab a quick bite, refill both the stomach and gas tank 👍“

“We stop for a quick lunch and bio break. One of the kiosks was out of order so there was a long line waiting for the kiosk. I tried ordering from my phone but I couldn’t authorize my credit card. The kiosks opened up and I placed our orders and grabbed a table near the back. We waited about 10 minutes and our food was brought out. I was happy the apple pie is back to the original crispy shell. The others has Chicken McNuggets, fries, bacon quarter pounder, chocolate milk shake, and frozen raspberry drink. The place was relatively clean. Some people were trading happy meal toys with each other. They had the bts and fifa toys. This location is convenient to get to from I-81.“

When I pulled in I was extremely hesitant as they looked very busy but the line moved seamlessly Which was very impressive. The lady Jo Who helped me Made my stressful day much better was very polite and a great conversation and extremely efficient with my order. I ordered food for my whole family and she made everything right which is A tough benchmark to hit for any fast food place in this day in age. After this great experience and how awesome Jo was I will now be ordering subs from here from now on especially when Jo is working this was a very surprising and great experience.“
