“I only came here for a root beer float. The price is on the menu of double which is not their fault because everything is doubled obviously. Still it was a little strange paying as much for the root beer float as I paid for my entire meal my last trip to an a&w. Counter staff was fantastic. Dining room is nice and clean. There's plenty of parking. Money aside I did thoroughly enjoy my float. There is no root beer like A&w root beer made in store.“

“I went up to the drive-thru today June 8, 2026. I ordered my sandwich with no issues. As I drove to the window, my Wi-Fi was messing with my phone and would not allow me to unlock my bank card so I could pay for my sandwich. I was upset and feeling a little frazzled but the person making my sandwich fixed my Wi-Fi for me. I felt so stupid and she was so nice. Very sweet of them to help me.

“I ordered a basic three crunchy taco combo meal received it quickly. All three tacos were crunchy and filled the brim with meat, cheese and lettuce. The manager that I interacted with was kind polite answered my questions and took my order perfectly easy parking, clean bathrooms, clean lobby nice staff. Clean looking kitchen from the counter legitimately one of the best Taco Bell locations I’ve been to across the southern tier, the accuracy and consistency of my orders is always on point. I always receive fresh crunchy or soft tacos and I never wait more than Eight minutes“

“I've been to both Owego and sayre mcdonalds and owego is SO much better! The staff was friendly. Victoria was very friendly, peppy and it was good seeing them work together and not fighting (unlike sayres). Service was very quick for a big order! Would come here before sayres even though I live closer to sayre.“

“I visited this location and ordered from both the A&W and the KFC menu. I really enjoyed the A&W corn dog nuggets! They were super hot and fresh and they were super fun to eat. Their root beer was also amazing. It always tastes super fresh when you get it at an A&W location! The root beer lollipop that came with the kids meal was also very good and flavorful to have as a late night snack later on! Their staff were super friendly and efficient as well!“

“I go to this location quite often to get a soft drink and something small at various times of the day/night. The staff are often polite no matter how long the line is they are very hard working. I can see at times they are under stress from the long line of cars but they are good under pressure- seem to work well together. It’s the only McDonald’s I patronize.“
