As one of my previous (Dec 2022) reviews of this place shows, it could use some 'process improvements.' My wife and I just ordered basic stuff - a couple of burgers to go, plus fries. There seemed to be some confusion with the kitchen staff vs. ordering system, because it took a lot longer than expected (OK, 5-10 extra minutes) to get the order out. Fries were so cold that we chucked them (and they didn't seem to be the usual good quality Wendy's fries), burgers...read full review

I'm feeling generous, hence the 3 stars. Just got my order completely messed up when I was the only one in line. I'd be surprised if they were even listening to me give my order.
