Nothing special about this specific McDonald's, but I think their corporate focus on delivery services leaves the customers at the store waiting. It might be the under staffing also. Fast food should be fast. Waiting in a drive through for 20 minutes is not a good look for the company.
I got in the drivethru at dinner time by the time I got to second window it was breakfast. Nice people tho
