Every few weeks we get coupons in the mail, so we went to use them and after ordering they tell us they do not accept. So we haven't been in a while. We'll last week we went to subway. Ordered inside asked for L T AND ONIONS. We don't have lettuce we are putting spinach instead they tell us. Nope. Grocery store 5 buildings away. What will happen next time? It'll be a long while !!
Website is very confusing I signed in a long time ago now they don't have me in their files. So if it has been a while since you've been on don't be surprised if ask you to start a new account which I won't do. So I went to Owego NY and bought my Subs. the servers did not where masks and they kept saying what as if not being able to hear me because I did have a mask on . I definitely will not be returning to this place again.

I ordered subway 3 times this week and the first 2 times, they got it right and it was good. This time I ordered for the 3rd time and they can't get the bread right. How hard is it to read the online order ? I never get multi grain bread, always Italian herb and cheese.
