“You have to park on the street and it's pretty busy on it. If you don't find a spot right out front you may need to walk a few blocks especially during busy times in Ithaca like graduation week. The tacos are great. The ordering can feel a little chaotic because the cooks may ask you questions as they make it so you kind of stand at the counter after you order while they cook it. It can get very busy especially for such a small building but there is outside seating and they make the tacos super quickly.“

“Lillyanna and I stopped to eat here in the Ithaca Mall the day before Halloween 😋 This pizzeria has been in this mall for as long as I can remember 🥰 The food was Amazing … but the Service and Customer Appreciation from this Man was unmatched by far especially these days!!! “I stopped here because the Chicken Cordon Bleu I had at another location was so good that I couldn't resist getting another. The one I had here was so-so, but overall pretty good.
Shout out to the new guy who served us on his first day today - you're doing good buddy!“

“More importantly: The food was great and all, but the service was next level! Our server was Maddi (I hope I got the spelling right) and she was bomb! She made great recommendations, was extremely polite, always answered my questions with a smile, and worked with the kind of pride you'd expect from the business owners themselves. The food was 5 star but I'd give the service 6! *I'm not crazy about cash only or mask requirements, but that's their choice and the staff was polite about it and I have no complaints!“

“To be clear, this 5 star review is based upon the service of an employee named Skyler. The food is good (quite expensive) but good. This employee made everyone feel welcome from the moment they walked in the door, until the moment they walked out. In between orders, he was checking on the diners to see how they were enjoying their food. Great positive attitude and demeanor. I would hire them at my business.“

“Delicious food always tastes good friendly kind and helpful staff being disabled I take extra time to order the lady working behind the counter was patient and caring even offered to help me get to the table. They say you cant have Delicious food Great prices and Good staff but this place has all 3. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a bite to eat while traveling through.“

“This is A smaller Sub Sandwich Shop on North Aurora and just around the corner from the Ithaca Commons.. The Sub's are made to Order right in front of You.. This is the one-way part of Aurora Street , so You will Have to get there on foot , after You park somewhere. Jimmy John's Does Deliver.“
