“Probably the best tacos my wife and I ever had. Was camping in watkins Glen and shot over to Ithaca to check out the city. Stopped here for lunch and did not disappoint. We had the a combination on birria, El pastor and a steak quesdilla. We worth the price. Each taco is 5 bucks and the quesidalla was 10. We had to come up for a 2nd round. Very friendly behind the counter. As soon as you order the immediately start making your food which makes it come out fast, hot and fresh. I wish it was closer to home so I can come back. Would recommend swinging by and even grabbing a taco. It is well worth the price“

“Lillyanna and I stopped to eat here in the Ithaca Mall the day before Halloween 😋 This pizzeria has been in this mall for as long as I can remember 🥰 The food was Amazing … but the Service and Customer Appreciation from this Man was unmatched by far especially these days!!! “More importantly: The food was great and all, but the service was next level! Our server was Maddi (I hope I got the spelling right) and she was bomb! She made great recommendations, was extremely polite, always answered my questions with a smile, and worked with the kind of pride you'd expect from the business owners themselves. The food was 5 star but I'd give the service 6! *I'm not crazy about cash only or mask requirements, but that's their choice and the staff was polite about it and I have no complaints!“

This employee made everyone feel welcome from the moment they walked in the door, until the moment they walked out. In between orders, he was checking on the diners to see how they were enjoying their food. Great positive attitude and demeanor. I would hire them at my business.“

“Originally I would have left a 1 star review and that would have been generous. My daughters brought home Arbys after work and what we received was not acceptable every bit went in the garbage to be honest. I called right away and asked to speak to the manager. At this point I was angry we live approximately 20 min away it was after 9pm, and no one had eaten dinner yet; so my kids were hangry to say the very least. The night manager Lorraine is why I am leaving a 5 star review. Even when I was angry and not very nice she stayed calm and professional. Her ability to own the mistske of staff and asking how she could make it right? I asked if she could replace the entire order and her immediate response was of course. Not only did she wait until I arrived to start making the food she did the entire order herself to ensure it was made correctly. Lorraine is truly is a one of a kind I have never had a positive interaction with a manger at any other fast food place. Arbys is lucky to find someone who will go above and beyond and had a Gen X work ethic where no mater what the job, you take pride in your work and give your best everyday.“
