“My family and I went to the restaurant to celebrate my grandson & his mother's birthdays. I've eaten there before also with family. The food so good not super hot only what you add makes it hot. You can tell the food was fresh and very delicious. The server Kristopher was very courteous, and very helpful. We all appreciated his service. The restaurant did well hiring him. We live in Horseheads but Zocalo is our go to restaurant when we are in Ithaca.Parking: The restaurant is in a mall, so there's plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: I and my daughter-in-law have Wheelchairs. The person who sat us provide a table where both our chairs fit well.“
“After having read some bad reviews, we can say this place isn’t bad! We walked in and were greeted and sat down right away. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. The salsa and chips were great. I had the Street tacos which came with beans and rice. Everything was so good. My husband enjoyed his shrimp tacos as well. Overall, the food was great! I say this as this is our family's favorite type of food. We are very picky about what qualities as good Mexican food. Lastly, the menu has food options but it's not overwhelming.“
“Chris is the best server. I haven’t even gotten my food yet and I had to write a review about them. They were so accommodating to special dietary restrictions, helped us through the order, refilled our water before we needed it. Looking forward to the meal haha!“
“I’ve had tacos, quesadillas, burritos and cocktails here and they have all been delicious. Normally burritos are not my favorite menu item, but the dos amigos burrito is a game changer. My favorite burritos ever. They lightly grill the outside of the burrito wrap so that it’s not mushy, and the fillings are fresh, delicious, perfection. It has french fries in it too, which is totally genius. The food takes a little time because it’s fresh made, but it’s worth the wait.Vegetarian options: The childish Gambeano burrito and the cheese quesadillas are both tasty vegetarian options.“
“The food is really yummy! Also, great portions. I've only ordered to go but they are always fast and every thing is well packaged.Parking: If you use the green st garage it's not so far to walk but you do have to pay and parking is not always easy to find.“
“My kids and I recently stopped in here on a rainy day but squeezed in and totally enjoyed our delicious tacos. We tried chicken, steak, pork with lots of different toppings- all were 100% delicious I was a huge fan of the added pineapple!In nice weather they have a pretty outdoor seating area too.“
