“The best place for Mexican food in Ithaca. Dos Amigos has been the shining light during quarantine with fast delivery. The brick and mortar in college town is wonderfully designed. “Do NOT skip out on this place when visiting in Ithaca, NY! Located outside in Newfield, get away from the tourist traps of Downtown and venture out to what is said to be the oldest continuously serving bar in the Ithaca area. Owner/operated, the people are so welcoming, the menu is solid bar food(wings are the tops)Sabine, one of the owners along with her husband, takes pride in putting out delicious food in a friendly atmosphere. It’s off the beaten path, but well worth the trip! You can thank me later.“

“This place must be relatively new, because had I known this existed back when I went to college here, I would have come here all the time.
The food was excellent and authentic; we enjoyed the steak quesadilla and ribeye/al pastor tacos. It was made fresh on the grill as you order, topped with fried/crispy cheese, beautifully ripe avocados, and salsa of your choosing. Good aguas frescas and nice outdoor seating. Great value for what it is.“
