Stopped in today for my first time. We were greeted by a very uncomfortable yet kind gentleman working behind the counter. This guy provided fantastic customer service although it did seem too much at times. We genuinely thought he was doing a voice and being goofy until we realized this was real and perhaps a personality trait. I ordered the turkey bacon sub and it was absolutely delicious. I give Firehouse a legendary 5 stars as it's just an amazing place. The workers are always doing their best to be on top of everything, even during the hectic rushes in the days. I will say the main managers, CJ, and Mason, are always doing what they can to help their team, or get help from their team, keeping everyone engaged and working.
