Let me be clear my problem is not firehouse subs directly but instead the franchisee owner, Jamie Mullen, who treats his employees like pawns to do the things HE should be doing. In my time working for Jamie I was put through a lot of stress. I was made to get up at 6 in the morning and work till 12 at night on multiple occasions, while instead of coming and helping things move along smoother and faster, Jamie would just go home and go to bed. Another thing is that on multiple occasions working on the food trucks I had to work by myself in a location that made 3,000 dollars in 1 day. If your hungry I'd definitely suggest firehouse subs but if your looking for a career I would look elsewhere or at least not a store that Jamie owns.

Stopped in today for my first time. We were greeted by a very uncomfortable yet kind gentleman working behind the counter. This guy provided fantastic customer service although it did seem too much at times. We genuinely thought he was doing a voice and being goofy until we realized this was real and perhaps a personality trait. I ordered the turkey bacon sub and it was absolutely delicious. By far one of the best subs I've ever had. I want to provide this place 5 stars all around but there were some off things about our experience. My friend and I were both asked about pickles when placing our orders yet never received them. I don't understand asking us and then not giving them to us with our food!? The over the top, in-your-face customer service was a detractor for me too. I also disliked being asked multiple times about donating. Mention it once and drop it. The subs are overpriced so chill on the "fundraising" inquisition when all I want to do is pay for my food and leave

On a Friday at 12..the manager was the one making my sub..He was the only one there working...poor bloke..people started streaming in for lunch..glad we got there when we did!

I give Firehouse a legendary 5 stars as it's just an amazing place. The workers are always doing their best to be on top of everything, even during the hectic rushes in the days. I will say the main managers, CJ, and Mason, are always doing what they can to help their team, or get help from their team, keeping everyone engaged and working. The atmosphere is always full with a positive vibe.Vegetarian options: The white, and veggie.Dietary restrictions: They got gluten free, you can fully customize your sub however you desire!Parking: Depending on the day & time, it can be very easy to find a spot. Sometimes it gets tough, but there's always a spot somewhere.Kid-friendliness: You could say, it's kidtacular.Wheelchair accessibility: For wheelchair accessibility, only downside is the doors not being automatic or having the button. Other then that it's easy to get in and out!

Very unprofessional. Went in as a team of 10 and got poor customer service. Workers has very bad attitudes, were rude and wouldn't take our orders because they were overwhelmed. Super disappointing to want a sandwhich and have them roll their eyes and say no to a group of only ten customers because they just didn't feel like making food.

maybe the food is decent, but the staff is completely overwhelmed and unable to handle the traffic they get. we waited over an hour to be told our order was never put in to the kitchen so they needed to submit the orders again. wouldn't come back and wouldn't recommend anyone come here unless it is empty.
