“Me and my boyfriend usually come here once a week but his sub order got mixed up with someone else's the person that gave us his sub had the tickets switched when we got home the sub he got had less meat and had pepperoni when he ordered a 56 with extra meat extra cheese and bacon the worker who handed him his food did not pay much attention to what subs she was handing out and tried to multitask poorly please be sure your workers hand out subs one at a time or double check that the tickets they put on the subs are correct“

“why do y'all hate me? multiple times during this pandemic I have ordered spicy nuggets. Both through door dash and in person in the drive thru. I've never gotten them. Today I got a spicy chicken BBQ sandwich? 😒😑 I just want the spicy Nugs man 😭“

“This is one of the better McDonalds in Elmira / Horseheads. The food is usually warm, the tables OK not to many undesirables in this location.

Also it has the $5 meal deal which we love.

I really cannot think of anything negative about this McDonald's.

The one in Southport does not offer this deal and the one in North Main is less than desirable in my opinion aka bad neighborhood and undesirables floating around.

Just our opinion having been to all a few plus times. 👍“

The absolute professionalism, dedication, integrity, and excellence demonstrated by Tim on a daily basis is second to none. In a world full of fast food workers who care so little for their job, let alone the people they serve. Tim is the exception.
