“This Arby’s was excellent! Josh, the shift manager, took our order and greeted us warmly. The dining room was very clean!

Josh then called our name and the food was honestly fantastic! The double roast beef was perfect, and the fries were piping hot. It’s hard to beat service with a smile, and you can tell everyone here takes great pride in their job.“

“At first, I stopped into the drive thru a couple of times as I regularly have to drive across NY state. Now I kind of include it as my lunch stop if I’m driving during that time. The staff here is always so friendly, accommodating and professional. The experience is so consistent that on my drives, I wait to go to this location because it’s actually that good. You would never expect that of a random fast food restaurant. But my experiences here, customer service wise, have been akin to good sit down restaurants. The food has been hot and well prepared too, as compared to other Taco Bell’s. I’m very sure I’ve never rated a fast food restaurant before but I do feel that this one deserves some kudos for their staff!“
