If you happen to be in these parts and are craving a burger, sandwich, hot dog, or a take on the locally famous "plates," University Hots has you covered. The food is good for college-friendly fare, and relatively inexpensive, and they employ their own delivery drivers and let you pay in cash when they arrive with your food. My burger was quite large and tasty, and the fries are a cut above other places I've eaten during this recent trip to New York to see family. Still hot and fresh, too, which is more than I can say for most Doordash-delivered food.University Hots serves a market that honestly, I wish more communities had a similar restaurant to serve. “If you are looking for a consistently good customer service experience at a fast food location you'll find it at the fairly new Arby's in Geneseo.Shout out to the shift manager (3/18 6pm) who was modeling exceptional leadership qualities that will definitely serve to help develop a top notch crew!Particularly of note was his genuinely kind, friendly and patient interactions with two regulars each representing an advanced age demographic. Also on our way out we heard him cheerfully correcting an error for a customer. A nice and friendly fast food joint where you can sit and eat. split personality fits the menu being you can also order KFC in the same restaurant, same counter.Vegetarian options: There are a few options for veggies to eat... as an ex vegetarian of 8 yrs, I could survive on it.Parking: Newer lot.. not many skuffs. “Had a very rude experience today, had a large order which was $40 and ordered it for pick up. They had me pull around for my food which is no problem and they gave me my food quickly. Upon receiving my food I realized a sandwich had a minor error so I went inside and got it fixed; this has happened before but this was once again not a problem. I got the sandwich and got back in my car, and before pulling away, I realized they had also forgotten an entire combo (although I did get the drink). Upon going inside and requesting the item, the two women behind the counter were very rude to me, talked very loudly to themselves while belittling me. It made me feel terrible when all I was trying to do was get the food I ordered.“

“This is the best Subway of any Subway I have ever been to! Subs are always made well with care and attention. The owner believes in having some $5 footlongs on the menu which has led me to go 20-25 more times in the past year than I other would have at a typical Subway. Thank you whoever you are.“
“On our way back to the Cleveland area this past summer, we stopped by chance in this sweet, charming place. It's general store is filled with nostalgia, hard to find candy and unusual soft drinks and t-shirts among other things. Best was the cheeseburger on a hard roll with the best hot sauce ever. Apparently it won as the best hot sauce in the Rochester area out of over 400 contestants. Lovely owner too. We'll be back!“
