“Sunday January 14th 2024. There is a severe winter storm hitting Batavia, NY. High winds and heavy snow... It's basically a blizzard. Everything is shut down in the city and Jersey Mike's was open. We were hard up to find food and there they were. The employees could have been absolutely miserable since they had to be there in such miserable conditions. They weren't! What a great staff they have working at this location! Keep up the great work, attitude and customer service! Rock on! ?“

“Standard counter ordering with peanuts while you wait. Extremely large and expensive portions. Small cheeseburger, small hot dog, regular fries. Bill came to 22 dollars with no drink but more than you could eat. Have to have the fries.Seating area needed a deep clean.“
