“Stopped here, and Albion can never get the orders right, EVER! They forget to put things in bag or mess up the order in general, or as with today it was both. The staff is very friendly, and accommodating, to fix it. It's getting old that you tell them the screen is wrong, remind them at window to fix it right and still have it all wrong. So gotta go back through to get the right Burger that's was left, obviously since was cold and get remade the ones with only ketchup & mustard. I settled for wrong drink only cause I had places to be at.“
“All good today. Lady taking order was very patient, nice and easy to understand and cashier very proficient.. Have been several times in the past, had one in dining experience like the other reviewer where 2 different orders were slammed together in one bag not separate boxes but that seemed to be rectified today's drive through. I Prepared for one order previously by checking website online before arriving was told what I wanted could be done only if the actual order went through online which I was unsuccessful in doing. I would suggest Taco Bell make it easier on customers and most importantly the staff by having available printed menus people can keep to know what they want ahead of time before getting to the order board and are not held up with others waiting behind at the order sign with rapidly rotating offerings. Or a second sign further back that people could have time to scrutinize before getting to the actual order board while waiting for cars ahead of them many of whom are also indecisive about what they want to order..“

“Fresh out of work, I had the worst day I've ever had in a while, as today was the first mothers day I'd be spending without my mother. Plus work was rough. While I was about to order my sub I started breaking down. First because I thought they were out of onion sauce, and second because my sister informed me I had to order my own sub as it hadn't already been ordered. My break down was so bad that I ended up leaving to go wait in the car. The two ladies behind the counter where super patient. My sister ordered my sub for me and when I pulled it out of the bag 20 minutes later I noticed the person who wrapped it put a big smiley face on it, which made me cry happy tears. It was the best chicken sweet onion sauce sub I'd had in a while. Thank you to those two employees, I wish I'd had gotten your names. And I hope you two read this, you're both amazing.“
