“I am sitting here after just receiving my order. I have the privilege of watching the team behind the counter operate. They are all working together and getting the job done. So impressed. We live in a world where customer service lost its value. Covid hit, and we were faced with take it or leave it circumstances. The customer is no longer always right. Now I look for places that get it done right the first time and here is where it’s at! This guy is running the show, if you read this and see him, let him know he is setting a good example for leadership and quality!“

“I got the kabob chicken over basmati rice with a salad. The portion was huge, so was able to get two meals out of it. The salad was dressed perfectly with just the right amount of dressing so it wasn't drowning, but all coated nicely. I especially liked the cheese over it, which melted slughtly being packed together with the rice& chicken. The chicken was browned nicely and the rice was firm yet tender with the grains not stuck together at all. It was aromatic and yummy! The service was friendly and I would definitely order from them again.“

“I have been visiting this Chick-fil-A on East Ridge Road regularly for breakfast and sometimes for lunch, and I am honestly impressed every single time.

The restaurant is always clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff is kind, professional, respectful, and attentive. You can tell there is strong training, good leadership, and a positive team culture at this location.

This has not been a one-time experience. I have visited several times, and the quality of the food, the cleanliness, and the customer service have been consistently excellent.

“I love Peruvian food, so I was excited about this place since there are no Peruvian restaurants in Rochester. We ordered the Machu Bowl and the Peruvian Rotisserie Half chicken meal. Great flavors! I loved the chicken and ají verde sauce. 💚 Unfortunately, the rice was undercooked. It was well-seasoned but probably needed about 8-10 minutes more of cooking. I'd return again for another meal.“

“There portion sizes are extremely small . I order double protein every time and it seems like a regular portion. My boyfriend gets regular protein because he doesn’t wanna pay extra when there not gonna put double on anyways. And his always comes as literally a bread sandwich. But they always get the food done fast and never miss anything in my order. If you want any meat at all you have to get double and even then it’s a very small amount“

The woman who took our order was named Trisha (I hope I am spelling it correctly), but she was an absolute sweetheart! My friend's card had been acting up and Trisha decided to cover her order! Now I know that there is still amazing people out there like her because that act of kindness made our day! I don't think I have ever seen anyone actually do that kind of thing for someone in my life! All the workers were just amazing, and even though they were very busy during their lunch rush they were kind to every single customer! Now I know that not every time you go somewhere that someone would do that for you, but Trisha didn't waste a second and decided to help us out! I feel like I am eating in a barn… I'm sitting at the furthest table from the kitchen as possible… There looks to be about 12 people working and I think they are ALL talking at the same time… They are definitely using their outdoor voices & it's very distracting… They are yelling to announce that guests are coming in the door, they are yelling, "Welcome to Wendy's!" to greet customers that are walking in, they are yelling names out customers whose orders are ready, they are yelling about taking the trash out because it shouldn't be sitting on the floor, they are yelling out things they need for drive-thru orders, they are yelling about someone needing to check the dining area... I just can't listen to any of this yelling anymore... I'm taking my sandwich to the car where it's quiet & relaxing ! 😳😡“

“Since they decided to get rid of the bystander pass it forces you to spend 40$ for a ticket just to enter even if you're not planning to ride & everything is over priced and they dont even have a lemonade place anymore. The person operating the swings was being rude to the kids! They do not have any amusement park food, I spent 20$ on 3 piece chicken tenders and fries and had to ask for ketchup and sauce, and than the food was bad, food poisoning bad, I only bought it because it was the only option at 655 pm, all other food places were closed, yet the park remained open! Everyone I came in contact with working there was miserable and acted like they hated their job!“
