I love Peruvian food, so I was excited about this place since there are no Peruvian restaurants in Rochester. We ordered the Machu Bowl and the Peruvian Rotisserie Half chicken meal. Great flavors! I loved the chicken and ají verde sauce. 💚 Unfortunately, the rice was undercooked. It was well-seasoned but probably needed about 8-10 minutes more of cooking. I'd return again for another meal.
This is amazing! I used to live in Miami and go to Peruvian restaurants like this. I had no idea how good this would be.

Chicken doesn’t have the authentic taste but it does the job. Arroz chaufa is really lackluster but as one of the only options for Peruvian food in the area it’s not bad
