“I ordered cupcakes for a party and they were delicious and looked great! They were. Big hit and ao many of the guests commented on the flavor! As a descendent of a professional/ Master baker I highly recommend Caramel! Also ordered a cake a few months ago and it was spectacularly decorated and tasted amazingly moist and flavorful. Caramel treats would be a welcome addition to any celebration or get together!

“Chuy has a standard Mexican menu and I ordered the burrito for $13 and the birria tacos for $17. While waiting for our order, casual seating, we were given chips and salsa, such a nice treat. Our order was a good size and the service was amazing!! Tasted like flavors of a home kitchen. They also give 4 sauce options, 2 spicy and one chipotle and one tomatillo, all good. We also got a horchata for $3 which was a sweet treat.

“I took my parents and grandfather here for my grandfather’s 91st, and it was their first time trying Ukrainian food. They were apprehensive at first, but once inside, the atmosphere was incredible. From the moment we entered, the brothers made us feel right as if we were family. They made sure everyone was comfortable, explaining any dish or drink in detail. The food is absolutely incredible, without a doubt. Even with limited options due to their stove having been out the day before, they found a way to still accept customers today. When they had overheard it was my grandfather’s 91st birthday, they came over with a piece of tiramisu. Absolutely amazing dining experience, and if you haven’t had Ukrainian food before, this is the place to try it. Thank you for the hospitality, and making it easy for my parents/grandfather to try new cuisine.”

“Ardor Park’s food, service, and ambiance are fantastic! We got the roasted carrot salad which was a special that day, and the Eden’s Supreme pizza on gluten free crust. I have celiac disease and they had tons of gluten free options on their menu and the server explained how they avoid cross-contamination with gluten in the kitchen, so I felt very reassured eating here! Their gluten free crust is the best I’ve had, 10/10 recommend - even my boyfriend who does not have allergies enjoyed the gluten free crust! I’m happy to have great pizza to look forward to any time I’m in Rochester!”

“The Genesee Brew House is a true gem,nestled in the High Falls District. You know the food is great,as the restaurant is always busy and fun. I love the full menu,including delicious appetizers,just for starters. I’ve never been disappointed,in my experiences there!! “We really enjoyed our stop at Living Roots (Urban Winery). Nestled in an area with some restaurants and local breweries, this was our favorite stop during our trip. The architecture of the building is cool, the staff was excellent and the wines we had were great (Nero)!The do not have a full menu, but did offer snacks. The popcorn and chips were both good. The bread was top notch and worth the trip alone lol!The layout is inviting we an "L" shaped bar area and plenty of tables. We also noticed a small private room they must have available for special events too. We did like the vibe and would definitely stop again when we are back in the area!HINT:Note that you do need a code to the door for the bathroom which was spacious and very clean.”

“Very clean! An elderly Man was seen cleaning all tables and chairs. Arranging them too. Washing the floor too. Was busy lunchtime, food was fast in 5 mins.... Was hoping they had the 5.99 Whopper meals. But not in this store. Full whopper, fries and drink. Zackery was a great cashier. Very fast and accurate . ✅? the bathroom was immaculate.

Vegetarian options: Impossible Whopper is the best. Fries, salads, ice cream, frozen drinks. Not sure if they have fish”

“A few months ago I tried ordering a pizza for delivery and I was politely told: "We don't deliver."

Confused I went ahead and placed and ordered two large pizzas for pick up. They politely responded with: "Our pizza only comes in one size."

Then I asked if I could pick it up at 8pm. They politely informed me: "They closed at 7pm"

So to recap: They don't deliver. They only make one size pizza and they close at 7pm

On a Saturday night????!!!

I was going to walk into the door to pick up my Pizza and try not to point and laugh at them.

But then I walked in and smelled my Pizza.. I decided to wait until I got it back home to share with my friends. None of us could believe how incredible it was. I hadn't had this quality of Pizza since Scutteris in Watkins Glen closed decades ago.

They don't deliver, make one size and close at 7pm on Saturdays because they can. Their product is so unbelievably good, that they are reaching their profit margins and don't have to offer the same stuff as 99.9% of other places.

Quality matters and i am not exaggerating when I say this is by far the best Pizza in Rochestr and possibly western N.Y.”

“In addition to going to Go Frost Yourself to get my sweets fix throughout the past 2 years, they also provided the desserts for my bridal shower and wedding! We ordered custom flavors of mini cupcakes that they were more than willing to take on! And their dessert are AMAZING!!! I especially recommend their almond frosting and raspberry filling! They were so easy to work with and Jenn and Mollie really went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted! Highly recommend booking them for any parties or events you have or to just stop in for a treat!”

The fresh fruit (not canned) really make the difference. $5 a slice is so you don’t eat too much im guessing, because I can probably eat multiple slices if left alone. My family visited the area from South Carolina this past weekend.
We did not have a reservation and chose to sit at the full service bar. Ellen took great care of us and made sure we understood the menu and heard about the specials before ordering. We had one of the appetizer specials (can’t remember the name), Caprese salad, a margarita pizza and the lemon ricotta cookies for dessert. Those are the best cookies I have ever had! To anyone trying this place for the first time, their menu items change with the seasons so everything in an online review may not be available. I was disappointed to not see the mushroom pizza on the menu but completely forgot about it the second I took a bite of their specials!! “I love this little cafe! I decided to come here after a long walk in Corbett’s Glen Park and got a strawberry smoothie which was great. Their selection of food, drinks and baked goods are amazing and they also have a few other things like candy, syrups and pasta. There are many places to sit inside and outside with a free library/puzzle cabinet as well. Will definitely be coming back here.”

“Unfortunately rochester doesn’t have much bubble teas around the area compared to other cities, but this by far is the best tea spot there is. I’ve tried hundreds of bubble tea locations in different cities in America and Moge tee never disappoints. What makes moge tee different compared to other boba spots, is that they use real fruits and flavors and they never taste artificial. When i ordered a dragonfruit drink it tasted exactly like a dragonfruit. not that artificial stuff. I also love that the drinks aren’t too sweet, so it doesn’t leave a bad aftertaste in the mouth after, and they feel very light. even though rochester doesn’t have much to offer, i’m glad we have this place which tops any other boba spot i’ve been too. “Peach Blossom is a hidden gem in the city! It is the quintessential hole-in-the-wall stop for REAL, homemade Mexican food. The chef is Oaxacan and her son Marco is really personable and has a wealth of knowledge about the preparation of their food. Both Marco and his mom are extremely personable and we were delighted to taste the fresh tortillas they make IN HOUSE! Since moving to the area from San Diego 13 years ago, I have been searching for anything close to real Mexican street food and this is the closest I've gotten. Do yourself a favor and go get yourself some tacos, rice and beans! We can't wait to go back and try more of their offerings.”
