Papa John's in Rochester

“The place is very small with no seating available but the pizza was no short of delicious. Ordered a small pepperoni for myself and loved it. Every Papa John's location seens to be consistently good. 4 stars because they don't have the cuppyroni at this location.“

“I love Papa John's pizza. I ordered online with a great coupon. The delivery guy was great and the person I ordered from was good as well.
The one downfall was that I asked the person I ordered from to have them pull in the driveway. The driveway is on a different street than the house address. Because the house is on the corner.
I was at a neighbor's house and could see him pull in the driveway. But apparently the delivery person did not get instructions to pull in the driveway. It just happened to work out because I went from my neighbors to my house to get money and as I did the delivery man came to the front door.
Had not the timing been perfect I would have missed this order.
So please, order takers please give the drivers specific instructions on the location.

“The pizza was amazing. But my issue is with the door dash driver Mohamed that delivered my pizza. He had my pizza for about 45 minutes before delivering then when he got here he was holding pizza sideways on its side so the pizza and everything else in the box had slid and was ruined. I understand that papa John's had use a 3rd party delivery service like door dash but next time I order anything if I find out before hand they door dash or any other of those ding dong ditch services I will gladly pick up myself“
