“If you overlook the state and cleanliness of this place then you’ve won half the battle. It’s a shame that was our first and lasting impression. The inside definitely needs some love and attention. However I think all their focus is diverted to the food and not the surroundings.
We ordered the Liver with bread and the Lamb Soup. My partner enjoyed the Liver and I absolutely loved the Lamb Soup! I drank every last bit and could have ordered another bucket load of it. Their black tea….is packed full of flavour and again I could have drank pints of it. They didn’t charge us for the tea which was a nice gesture.
Don’t let the interior put you off. Close those eyes and order away. I’m sure you will be very pleased with what’s on offer.
Service was quick and the staff were polite and friendly. Adequate seating is provided if you decide to eat in.
Free ample parking is available right outside the restaurant.“

“The food is fantastic, the portions generous, the staff unbelievably friendly! I wish I wasn’t from out of the state because I would love to frequent this restaurant and try more items on the menu. The lamb shank meal and okra soup is excellent!“
