Two days in a row nothing was corrected my order and As I seen the order wasn’t correct they refused to fix it so you charged for extra things that never got and your poor Customer Service is absolutely ridiculous

My drink which I ordered A Carmel latte. Was missing the Carmel?? Wow! And the food was so dry my egg was like a hockey puck. Thanks for nothing Dunkin!!

The staff works hard, but they are very busy and sometimes drinks are not filled to the top. They also have a lot of cream cheese on bagels when light is requested.
