This location has too many family members of the owner. They need not just training on order accuracy but how to engage customers properly. It's not a 711 store. I don't want the $5 gift card for the low rating. They need to get new people in there. There's sometimes great workers there that doesn't last long because of the family members that works for the owner pretty much has taken over the location with terrible customer service. Food was vary hot and good
My online order was missing the hash brown things in tej breakfast combo and we were only visiting the city, so not worth the time to go back, but the sandwich Inside get was tasty, as was the reliably good Dunkin.

Dunkin' is a convenient spot to grab a quick bite or coffee, with the option to order ahead through their app. The donuts look amazing, and the food and drinks are made just right. The staff works hard, but they are very busy and sometimes drinks are not filled to the top. They also have a lot of cream cheese on bagels when light is requested. Some customers find the service slow, and there can be inconsistencies with app orders. However, Dunkin' is a reliable choice.
