This used to be 1 of the better locations, however, management claims if you want less ice, you have to say very, very little ice! Also, today, they gave me the wrong donuts, I reached in the bag, pulled I out and realized it, so I went right back inside, told them the donuts were wrong and I realized it when I reached on the bag and pulled 1 out, instead of throwing the donut in the trash and replacing it with the correct 1, she took it and put it back in the display case with the other donuts although I told her I had touched it, be careful what you order, not only do they mess it up, but who knows how many people may have touched it.

Be watchful of them not following the drink order correctly despite explaining multiple times that it’s purely just oat milk needed and not oat and regular milk. People may not get it, but it can destroy a persons week to drink regular milk.Vegetarian options: Vegan, not vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: Cannot consume regular milk because of inflammatory issues.

Sign says open 24hours, only partially true. The crew inside said they open the lobby at 6am....whole work crew outside wanting to get coffee and ten minutes passed and it's till not open. Can't use the drive thru because of work trucks. Shame shame, America can't run on Dunkin if Dunkin doesn't run.

i have a group event with my friend at 6 on tuesdays and every time we go there, there are no fresh donuts (or sometimes none at all), the worker is constantly on their phone, and my coffee order is always wrong.
